Disgusting Yeo will get £35,000 for leaving plus another £6000 per month for a year, total £107,000.

Does this company have no shame?

Caesar you are spot on the destruction came with the loss of the previous directors. It broke a team who knew where the company was going.

All three had run or managed engineering companies so knew about contracts but more especially how to get their hands dirty.

The new directors were all desk bound with no engineering experience

But hey that's what you get when you bust a tried and tested team a busted share price !

Tim Yeo said "It has been an honour to lead Powerhouse through an important
phase of its development. Under my chairmanship Powerhouse's management and
finances have been substantially strengthened and the SPV which is building our
first commercial scale plant has been placed on a firm footing.

The arrival of our new CEO will ensure this progress continues. Now is
therefore the right time for a younger chairman to take over the reins. I am
confident that Powerhouse's technology will soon be successfully proved and
widely deployed in the UK and abroad for the benefit of the global environment.

I intend to remain a shareholder and wish James Greenstreet and all my
colleagues well in taking Powerhouse forward to the next stage of its
development."

James Greenstreet said "On behalf of the whole board and our shareholders I
thank Tim warmly for his tireless work for Powerhouse over the last fourteen
months. Under his chairmanship the Company has made considerable progress and
the foundations of a truly sustainable and prosperous future have been laid. We
are very pleased he will act as a consultant to Powerhouse."

PHE have got a great product.
BUT They need to employ someone to market it properly on an international scale.
Get the Green energy institutions interested.
Also don't sell each unit, Do it on a subscription basis so the income is ongoing.
That's how all the hiTech cos make their money

"Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the UK technology company commercialising hydrogen production from plastic, regrets to announce that Tim Yeo has informed the board that he wishes to step down as Executive Chairman of the Company for personal reasons with immediate effect. It has been agreed that he will remain as a consultant to Powerhouse for a period of 12 months".

This will enable an orderly handover of Tim’s responsibilities, including the recruitment process for Powerhouse’s new CEO which he and Myles Kitcher are leading, to take place. A separate announcement will be made in due course about the appointment of the CEO.

James Greenstreet will take over from Tim as Chairman. James has been a non-executive director of Powerhouse since 2011 and is a founder of aircraft lessor, Falko Regional Aircraft. He also sits on the board of regional airline, CityJet DAC and Electric Aviation Group Ltd an early-stage company developing hydrogen electric commercial aircraft.

POWERHOUSE ENERGY GROUP PLC - Plans submitted for second UK Peel siteSource: PR Newswire (US)18 August 2021Powerhouse Energy Group plc("Powerhouse" or the "Company")Plans submitted for second UK site for Powerhouse technologyPowerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the UK technology company commercialising hydrogen production from waste plastic, is pleased to announce that Peel NRE, part of Peel L&P, has submitted a planning application to develop its second waste plastic to hydrogen facility, using Powerhouse technology, at the Rothesay Dock on the north bank of the River Clyde, West Dunbartonshire.  The 13,500 tonne facility will be the second in the UK to use pioneering DMG® technology developed by Powerhouse, after plans for a similar facility at Peel NRE's Protos site in Cheshire were approved in 2019. After consulting with the local community and stakeholders around the North Clyde site, Peel NRE has submitted a planning application to West Dunbartonshire Council.  Tim Yeo, Executive Chairman of Powerhouse, said:"We welcome the submission of the planning application for a second site for our recycling technology which will transform plastics and waste into clean energy.  We hope this pioneering technology will play an important role in supporting the objective of both Holyrood and Westminster to make hydrogen a key element of Scotland's decarbonisation strategy.  A planned hydrogen refuelling station at this site will help bolster the region's infrastructure and help accelerate the clean energy transition, improving our environment for future generations in the region".Decisions about the financing of this second plant will be made after land use planning consent has been obtained and closer to the start date for construction. Details of this will be announced at that time.-ENDS-

The UK Government has pledged to support the advancement of both green and blue hydrogen as part of plans to create a “thriving̶1; low carbon sector.

And that will be underpinned by a hydrogen sector development action plan, due to be launched in early 2022, which will set out support for companies to secure supply chain opportunities, skills and jobs in the industry.

Westminster made the commitments in its long-awaited Hydrogen Strategy, published today, which is designed to drive the development of a hydrogen economy in the UK.
