Thank you sir for that. May I ask and may be a silly question which I understand, but if they get it built and working, where would you expect the share price to hit? Looking at ITM how that rocketed, could PHE reap a similar uptick?

Sometime later this year would be my guess.
Maybe Q3 but more likely Q4.
But really we need to wait for an updated timeline from the company.

Fact-check:

deccer, you forgot to mention one little bit of information:

"SGH2 anticipates breaking ground in Q1 2021, start-up and commissioning in Q4 2022, and full operations in Q1 2023."

So it hasn't been built yet, and they are not ahead of PHE. And you could apply the same criticism as you do to PHE's DMG technology, namely that it hasn't been proven yet at this scale.

That's the reason that they have done this latest placing juju, so that they can speed up the first DMG. Peel were supposed to be arranging the £20M funding, but they were not putting in their own money for all of that. So they were seeking funding from elsewhere for the major percentage, but it seems that they were unable to secure what they wanted. It's not easy to get external funding for anything these days.

So PHE decided to increase the company's equity and from the RNS it would appear that they intend to use this to take a share in the SPV (probably about 50%)along with Peel. By making that commitment they should be able to attract the balance of funding that will be required from Peel and from external sources.

And by doing all of that, they should be able to speed up the construction and installation of the first DMG unit.

I'm hoping that we will get an updated timeline from them in the not too distant future.

They are now saying end of 2021 for construction, so probably means well into 2022. Then it has to be tested and certified, and could require further work or even fail.

So a lot more time and cash burn.

Bringing the completion target for the first unit forward to end of March is mega. My concern has been the slow speed of implementation but if they achieve this then it is a game changer and if the placing makes it possible then it was the right move

Actually blewco, that report is a tad misleading. It is "financial close" that they hope to complete by the end of March, not completion of the construction. Here's an extract from the RNS:
"The Directors have undertaken the Fundraising to provide funds that they
believe will expedite signifcantly financial close of the funding of the first
commercial scale DMG installation utilising the Company's technology, which is
targetted to be reached during the first quarter of 2021."

Love watching the trading on this stock.
MMs trying to hold the stock low this morning around 7p with loads of high level trades above the stated price mostly over 8p but undisclosed as to whether a buy or a sell. (obvious buys)

MMs sweating now with more buys than sells.
