09/3/2020 07:36 | Don't you understand what a licensing agreement means it's an annual payment to use the technology You are scrambling for a crumb to stop your short burning your rear end of. | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:32 | Didn't look like it to me . It says a £500k last censing paymemt as a dmg becomes operational, not per year thereafter. | ken chung
09/3/2020 07:26 | You better double check with the company, because it's definitely an annual licence fee !!! | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:23 | Current market cap looks too high now, to n view of the lower revenue expectations, especially as it becomes over £40m after the W2T share issue. | ken chung
09/3/2020 07:21 | No they only get one off payments on commissioning of each unit under the new terms, no mention of subsequent annual payments, unless they win operating contracts which is unlikely imo. Basically it means less ongoing revenues, so cutting future revenues.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
09/3/2020 07:20 | So the bears constant mantra about further fund raising is not going to be true! What a surprise. More than enough cash now including the warrant money. | nobbygnome
09/3/2020 07:15 | It's an annual payment | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:15 | Absolute rubbish you are obviously are not long enough and want to add cheaply. | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:15 | So they are giving 40% of the company to W2T to get back marketing rights they didn't have to give away in the first place, only to now give those rights to Peel. Even worse it seems they will only get a completion payment on each unit deployed, rather than guaranteed annual payments for the life of each project, unless they win operating contracts (which is unlikely imo) so cutting revenue predictions. Its all unravelling as the truth comes out.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
09/3/2020 07:14 | This is a billion pound company in the making. 100 plants world wide equals £50 million annual revenue. That's easily achievable could ben100 per developing country so this really is sky's the limit. Now other partners will be encouraged to seek a deal. | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:14 | I think the best we can hope for is no change. That would be a plus in todays market | volsung
09/3/2020 07:12 | What do you think no need for a placing with £500k capital injection and revenues for engineering on future plants and £500k each time a plant comes into production. Up front royalties is an excellent agreement. Couldn't be better. If the market makers are already short they will have to cover as will our negative posters who are almost certainly shorting PHE. | whatsthepoint
09/3/2020 07:10 | Will it be enough to give the share price a rise today? | volsung
09/3/2020 07:08 | :-) :::BOOM::: | tenapen
09/3/2020 07:07 | well this news should set a ticket under the share price £500,000 payment from Peel on completion of W2T acquisition. Bring on the shareholder circular and bring on the mighty Peel to roll out the technology across the UK. So we will have a nice big cash injection and soon enough a recurring regular income stream growing by £500,000 per plant. So it is easy to see how strongly that PHE can grow revenues. Happy days | whatsthepoint
08/3/2020 11:32 | Phoenix, Its never a bad thing to take a profit. If the share price keeps rising after you had sold, you can always buy back, ok at a higher price, but as long as you get the chance to sell at a higher price again, it is all good. Do your own research and Block out the noise. Regards. | tenapen
07/3/2020 08:25 | Thanks CM. If that's the case it will be into April before we have the GM and finalise the transaction. But I suppose it doesn't really matter, I don't think that Q1 was critical on this one. It would just be nice to get it out of the way and move on. | vatnabrekk
07/3/2020 01:50 | I've heard from a reliable source that it will be around two weeks. | cmackay
06/3/2020 18:18 | Agreed, but I think they wanted to wait to next week after planning. This may see a bit of a spike if they announce next week. | phoenix36
06/3/2020 16:47 | I was actually expecting it this week! But wtfdik. | vatnabrekk
06/3/2020 15:58 | Hopefully we should get news on the waste2tricity takeover next week. | superbarnet
06/3/2020 14:08 | m4rtinu, I agree with you. In the name of transparency, I am a holder and have accumulated since 2017 with an average around 0.5, but I did expect the share price to be hit harder with the broader market weakness. I hope that this is an indication that buy and hold is becoming the prominent strategy here, as I feel that there is a lot of positive news flow incoming. Fwiw, I'm wearing tracksuit bottoms and a polo shirt. | cmackay
06/3/2020 12:11 | Oh dear Ken is losing money this morning on his short! The price is up on a big down day. | nobbygnome |
