25/7/2018 07:24 | If it's such a pile of doo da why is someone willing to buy 6.5 mil on the bid all day yesterday?? | bobbyb4
25/7/2018 07:09 | Good post from LSE sets out the score Hi Mark,PHE have spent the last three years re-designing the original Pyromex 25 tonnes per day gasifier which had a habit of fracturing components that were made of dissimilar materials when heating up or cooling down. They have built a 1 tonne per day demonstrator/test unit that has been operating successfully at the University of Chester's Thornton Science Park for the past 12/18 months gathering data for the design and operation of the commercial 25 tonnes per day unit, which should be completed any time soon, together with planning for the first site., with that first unit up and running by year end (or just after). There are two versions of the 25 tonnes per day unit, known as the G3, but they both operate on the same principal, they gasify waste, in this case we are talking end of life plastics and tyres for their high calorific value, at ultra high temperatures to produce a syngas rich in hydrogen. The Core is an electrical generation only unit, whilst the full-fat G3 has additional equipment to separate out and clean up the hydrogen to five nines quality suitable for fuel cell use, with the lower cost Core being upgradable to a full-fat G3 at any time. One of our partners, Waste2Tricity issued a press release earlier this year stating that the electrical capacity of the G3 Core was 1.5MW, with net revenue after OPEX of £900,000 (with gate fees of £80/tonne for the waste and selling the power at £45/MWh). From that PHE take a 20% royalty fee, £180,000, plus a share of remaining profit if they were invested in the project.Earlier this month W2T issued a further press release to confirm that we are talking to Toyota after a Sunday Telegraph article. In this press release W2T also gave details of the full-fat system they would be making available in Japan, stating that the electrical capacity is 3MW, that's 72MWh per day PLUS 1 tonne of hydrogen. With the gate fees in Japan being in the region of £200/t, private wire price for the electricity of £100/MWh and about £3/kg for the hydrogen, the net revenue after OPEX would be about £3.4m, that would give PHE a royalty of £680,000, again plus their share of remaining revenue for any projects they invested in.We can only assume that the earlie press release stating 36MWh per day is now 72MWh per day, raising the royalty payment to nearly £300,000 per Core, W2t are targeting existing waste incineration plants with the Core with at least 100 in the UK and several hundred in Europe over the next few years. On top of that PHE also intend to be owner operators themselves. It would appear that the market is expecting PHE to raise £5m in a placing for that first unit...PHE say not.Hope that helps. | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 23:04 | Yep, 'fishing exercise' over, up the price goes, like a rocket, to 0.42p! Scarcely believable! Closely followed by a fund raising at 0.33562p (or thereabouts, within 4 places of decimals) to take advantage of the temporarily inflated share price, so that insightful investors like you lot can take advantage of this once (or should that be ten times? or many more?) in a lifetime opportunity. Slowly followed by a few RNSs, mostly RNSNONs, advising of reassuring but unspecified progress towards an undefined but nonetheless eminently desirable endpoint. GOTO start // goto no longer deprecated ;¬) It's good to know that at least a few things in life never change ;¬)) | supernumerary
24/7/2018 21:45 | Every one including you lagosboy will want in on verification as you say peeps see too much risk !!So will be quite a scramble | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 21:44 | Yes if you mean can you trade PHE through them. | nobbygnome
24/7/2018 21:41 | Are spreadex in this one? | mertymcs
24/7/2018 20:56 | if so Bobby why aren't directors, insiders, AIM small cap funds, green funds loading up big time ? This is the equivalent of spinning a roulette wheel. | lagosboy
24/7/2018 19:04 | Doesn’t everyone.... | nobbygnome
24/7/2018 17:20 | Perhaps someone's put in a big buy order, but wants to get them cheap? | vatnabrekk
24/7/2018 15:20 | Get the feeling this has been a big fishing exercise by the city to collect stock Just done dummy sale and you can sell a massive amount of shares the biggest dummy trade ever over 6.5 mil in one go I have never been quoted to sell this many shares in one go ? Something fishy going on here imho | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 09:17 | Thought yesterday's drop was a bit overdone wonder whether this is start of bounce as MM have driven it as low as they can | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 07:52 | There are other innovative companies having the same difficulty getting themselves heard or understood. Take a look at the last RNS from Symphony (I'm not pushing it, just for info) they may have been on the same BBC programme that you were talking about, and were totally sidelined. Their RNS is basically trying to put things straight. It seems to be a general problem for British innovative companies. | vatnabrekk
23/7/2018 23:23 | Trouble is bobby PHE are not in a position yet to deliver this, and the prototype is generating electricity, and not hydrogen. So although any publicity is always welcome, at this stage it wouldn't do much good for PHE to be the subject of a BBC report, because they would have to admit that it's still at the prototype stage and 6+ months away from producing a full commercial model. Our time will come, but we're not quite there yet. | vatnabrekk
23/7/2018 22:46 | Heard someone phone in to BBC five live today on a debate about waste plastic and the audit committees report saying most exported plastic is not recycled The caller mentioned a company that can turn waste plastic into hydrogen and the lady they had on from the plastic federation did not know anything about it The BBC don't seem to want to ask any questions either which is rather strange they really should be doing a report on Powerhouse Energy as it's a noteworthy new technology once the government and other interested bodies wakes up and investigates this they will realise that that company must be Powerhouse Energy and they will be bound to want to know more!! | bobbyb4
23/7/2018 22:38 | If they still hold buyers at 1p plus are well under water and those at 0.5 are looking at 20% down. Easily hitting stop losses but this seems to be steady and regular sales. It can't be too far away before we have an update on the EPC.Question is how much money is needed to build the unit and will it be acquired through a placing | mertymcs
23/7/2018 22:32 | So the selling games continue Nothing has changed here Whoever is selling must be distressed They going to be gutted when the good news flow starts !! Wonder how many weak holders are being spooked by this ? | bobbyb4
23/7/2018 12:38 | Hi vatnabrekk, I have family in Jersey / channel islands. Nothing is recycled but transported to France for landfil. IF phe can get this project up and running !!!! IF | tenapen
23/7/2018 12:03 | I have long suspected that rubbish diligently segregated for recycling may not end up where we expect it to! | vatnabrekk
23/7/2018 10:45 | Recycled packaging 'may end up in landfill', warns watchdog By Roger Harrabin BBC environment analyst 23 July 2018 Cont... You try to be virtuous, wiping the curdling yoghurt off a plastic pot, then putting it in the recycling bin. Perhaps you envisage the pot eventually re-incarnated as a frisbee or maybe even a plastic bench. But don’t rest easy. Your pot might get burned or buried in landfill, and you’d never know. Cont... “That’s why we have already committed to overhaul the system, and we will set out our reforms in the Resources and Waste Strategy later this year.” Follow Roger on Twitter @rharrabin | tenapen
23/7/2018 10:19 | It can reverse as quick as it started when good news arrives It's like a game of chicken !!! | bobbyb4
23/7/2018 10:18 | I think it's panic selling being encouraged by MM dropping price it's. A vicious spiral with no news flow | bobbyb4
23/7/2018 10:17 | Bobby seems to know a fair bit about PHE, do you suspect why there is sustained selling at these low levels? | mertymcs |
