06/7/2018 08:20 | Anyone selling now to try to catch a drop may be struggling to buy back when 3rd party verification that the process works is landed I do expect a few sellers from here be careful though !! | bobbyb4
06/7/2018 08:06 | Makes sense but when will the next one be?If they plan to have the unit built by the end of the year i can't see this being enough for them and they will come back to the market and raise again in 2 or 3 months time.I am selling down my holding and will buy back in once I am more confident dilution after dilution has stopped. | mertymcs
06/7/2018 08:01 | It all seems positive to me! The last fund raising was largely to pay off Hillgrove so the company didn't receive much of that money. So this fund raising makes sense to give them more working capital. | nobbygnome
06/7/2018 07:50 | Can the company explain why it states that 98,807,004 shares are being placed in line three on the RNS. But, the second paragraph states that 98,800,000 have been placed. So is it 98,807,004 or 98,800,000?? | nelson5100
06/7/2018 07:44 | Its not difficult to work out how I knew..... | nobbygnome

05/7/2018 19:06 | Has anybody found the Tresoil website? As far as I can see the company's been in existence for a few years - founded in 2011 - - but it doesn't seem to have a site, to have sold (or indeed done) anything, to have any employees, or to have produced any news. The best description I can find of what it does is in CEO Roger Preston's LinkedIn entry: but that mostly looks like waffle - prepare proposal to, advise on, partner with etc - not much for 6 years work. Tresoil is registered at the same address as Preston's other company - Geoconstruct Service SRL - but that doesn't seem to be doing much either. It mostly seems to be a wrapper for his freelance consulting activities. Elrico - frankly, it all looks a bit of a Potemkin village to me, but presumably you went into this in some detail with KA? After all, the credibility of its partners speaks to the credibility of the company and its published plans, such as they are. | supernumerary
05/7/2018 18:57 | Anyone aware of this company?:Recycling Technologies LTD. | mattjos

05/7/2018 17:19 | I have got a feeling we may get an RNS tomorrow morning...... | nobbygnome
05/7/2018 14:03 | Thanks. Investors often misunderstand process regarding building IP and patents, its a long process and each step needs to be carefully considered. Its almost like a game of chess. PHE are protecting what they have the best way they can at this stage of development. Patience needed. | elrico
05/7/2018 13:59 | Slarty - I won't be a feature. Here my view as this stands. Enjoy. | elrico
05/7/2018 13:56 | Hi elrico, good to have someone on this BB who can talk some sense about patents. | vatnabrekk
05/7/2018 13:32 | Elrico,Thanks for the informative response it is really appreciated. | mertymcs
05/7/2018 12:27 | Very good to see you here elrico. You'll add quality to the bb. | slartybartfaster
05/7/2018 10:43 | Mertymcs - Its a process, yes that would be the plan. Considering the low cost to protect your IP, thus your investment, why wouldn't any company do so. It has to be at the right stage of development, too early and the patent can fail and or you show your hand to competitors. Its a fine balance which involves choosing the right patent officers to guide you down the path. I had an hour long chat with KA 2 weeks ago. When its ready I'll post the link. | elrico
05/7/2018 10:25 | SRT make cutting edge marine systems used all all over the world. They do not have patents on their products. The reason given when asked over and over by the investors, Patents are too expensive to get / maintain & enforce. Regards | tenapen
05/7/2018 10:04 | so from your conversations with them elrico they are looking at patents on the unit? | mertymcs
05/7/2018 09:29 | Superg - If you're refering to KA, I got answers to BOD skin in the game, IP/Patents, funding and a whole host of material. I guess its a case of how you ask and who you ask. You need to understand the IP/Patent process....you cannot simply apply and get protection. There is a process, something I know a bit about through several of my investments, NANO, OPTI and SBTX. All had to go through the same process PHE are doing. Show your hand too early and you run the risk of giving key info away to anyone working in the same space. You either trust the BOD or you don't, If you don't, then why are you here? Life is too short for all this nonsense. | elrico
05/7/2018 07:45 | I tried some question he refused to answer them even when persuaded to by a well known investor. Simple questions really. Go figure. If to works all Toyota need to do is buy one break it up work at the materials used. Patent it and say goodbye to Powerhouse. Completely barmy hey ho. | superg1 |
