owerhouse (AIM:PHE), a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy together with a revenue generating engineering consulting division (Engsolve), is pleased to announce that it will hold a Capital Markets Event on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at the Company's site in Bridgend.
The event will provide a demonstration of the FTU (Feedstock Testing Unit) and will include a tour of the Bridgend facility. A Presentation will be given on Powerhouse's technology, capabilities and plans for 2025. |
Presentation just a prefundraise pump. |
No problem Graham,
"Please note that presentations discussed on the day will be made available on the Company's website shortly after the event for those you cannot attend."

Hi Ten
Not sure I should go as not a holder. Anyone else going from here?
I don’t want to take up a space of a genuine holder. |
As an ex-fan of Powerhouse - Graham!
If you have time and the interest..... I / we would appreciate a unbiased view of where phe / DMG are. No problem if you can't make it.
Sadly I'm not mobile just now and too far away for me to attend using public transport. |
Dilutive fund raise coming by the look of it.Lemmings and mushrooms only. |
Not a big place so if you’re going apply early. At a guess could accommodate 20-30 people max |
DOWN - we live and learn :-) |
There should be an avalanche of buyers first thing |
Mushrooms al-la chung
Here's laughing at you kid. |

BOY SAVES THOUSANDS OF SWEET TUBS FROM LANDFILL
"I'm one little boy and it started with one tub and one dream to save the planet, and now look how many we've got."
Teddy has collected more than 2,500 plastic confectionery tubs because he does not want them to end up in landfill.
The six-year-old from Netley in Hampshire was "angry" when he found out that the tubs, often piled high in supermarkets, could not be recycled by the kerbside.
Teddy, whose hero is David Attenborough, told the BBC: "We have one planet and we need to look after it." Cont...

Ken, do try to keep up. PHE are not intending to build a full scale commercial system, the customer will be building and paying for it, PHE will just be be licensing their technology to the customer.
So dilution doesn't apply. |
Ken - Anything new to say? |
No chance of a full size commercial system built and certified in 2025, and could cost £30m anyway, so lots of dilution coming?0.4p nightmare.Lemmings and mushrooms only. |
I am not selling before news |
Investors are fickle and have no patience. If anything is 5 minutes late they anticipate the worst and sell out. |
Hard to get a warm feeling with the share price performance. News , please , news |
Exactly Smokey, there is no delay. It’s all in hand, we just have to wait. Not long now though. |
To be fair this is what they said:
"The "hot" commissioning / testing phase will now commence and run throughout January 2025. PHE will hold open days to showcase the FTU and the Company's technology in late February".
So hot-hot-hot but don't expect to be shown anything just yet.!!
Someone is buying a lot in at 1p. Maybe the Aussies? |
Lots of posters go on about fund raising but seldom suggest for what! Surely they have enough to keep the lights on. What else do they need funding for at this stage? They are not about to build a full-sale commercial DMG unit at their own cost. |
