I notice David Steinpreis, a director of Norseman Gold PLC, is a substantial holder in Katoro.

What gives? Seems confusing to my simple mind.

Torp, your mind is not simple it is: complex on a cause, mindful and dogged.

Why should one comment to improve your inept understanding regarding company formation when your apparent motive is to harangue and admonish? Failing to notice the different company numbers, that one is the subsidiary of the other, or realising when agreements are drawn up with a company named African Battery Metals it is usual and beneficial to create a holding company in this name to directly own such agreements, such subsidiary renamed accordingly once the listed parent company is itself rebadged to its new name. Failing to realise all of this shows the person is unobservant and unfit to remark on company matters nor disparage the gentlemen who devote their lives to such endeavours.

Maybe you can clear something up for me "thosewhocando"

Had a quick glance at Companies House entries for African Battery Metals and Power Metal Resources

All seems a bit confusing

There are submissions by PJ to rename ABM to PMR (which is inline with what I thought had happened)

But there are also submissions to rename PMR to ABM (which seems backward)

In each case the Registrar confirms that ABM has been renamed to PMR and that PMR has been renamed to ABM

Here are the PDF's , take a look

ABM renamed to PMR

PMR renamed to ABM

NM01 Notice of change of name by resolution

What gives? Seems confusing to my simple mind.

I was at the Shares meeting and it was the most unique refreshing presentation I have seen for a while. The CEO said it exactly as it was even going as far as to say everyone hates the company at the moment. However I came away convinced that there will be significant news from at least one of the prospects in the not too distant future. So I have bought a few today...

lol Noirua. You will, I have no doubts, continue to only post 1/2 the salient info in all your Bell stock promoting threads, leaving out all the bits investors really need to know. Shameful behaviour imho. There must be better ways to spend your time.

Good luck Torp. I hope you manage to make some money to offset your losses. Then maybe we'll have a tolerable decent poster on board. We all who invest in small and micro-caps hit very large losses at times. Just move on and accept it was our own fault for taking too high a percentage position. As I say, good luck Torp.

I see you have wasted no time at all creating yet another thread to pump Andrew Bell stocks. You have no shame.

Formerly African Battery Minerals ABM

NB: Market cap in header is wrong. It is about £2 million.

Information can be found at ABM:
This will be transferred shortly.

NB: POW has no earnings and is likely to have to raise cash in the future.
