"All told it adds up to a whole lot of upside for comparatively little outlay. If, say the Katoro price moved on exploration success, the read-across to Power Metal would be straightforward enough. A 10p Katoro share price would translate to 1.9mln on the Power Metal balance sheet, roughly the value of the entire company at the moment."

POW holding KAT moving up strongly today. --- "#gold up 1.4% #nickel up 3.23% #KAT @KatoroGoldplc has 755,000 ounces gold & targeting one million ounces - & major nickel sulphide interest. Seems to be perfectly positioned & now share price reacting." hTTps://twitter.com/pauljohnson9691/status/1158337445806714882

Can't imagine anyone would buy into another Andrew Bell company after his devastation of RRR and RGM. Both companies SPs utterly trashed via endless dilution. Both had nominal share values reduced from 0.1p to 0.01p so dilution could continue, both saw SPs trashed further, both then had share consolidations and both have had SPs trashed further since then. Same old Modus Operandi. Bell has continued to take lucrative salaries throughout and expended millions and millions on Admin and other expenses. In fact about 75% of the £15m cash raised from 2012 to 2017 was frittered away on expenses. That's £11m+ !!! Now he's moved here as Chairman to Power Metals with Johnson. Why on earth would I touch this with a barge pole ?! DYOR

“We have only been able to get involved because of the depressed market for mining exploration,” he added. “In normal business conditions these type of opportunities just don’t become available, so we are pushing ahead as hard as possible.” Paul Johnson [...] Sorry link to Proactive Investors interview will not post:

Tis very quiet here as the news comes slowly seeping in; building (one hopes) to a crescendo of noise in the near(ish) future. Win or lose it's been fun being here.

Has anyone else noticed that on the TSI website it claims to own 11.26% of ABM (now called POW). hTTps://twoshields.co.uk But on the POW (Power Metal Resources) Website it still states as 13.6.19 it is only 4.24 % hTTps://www.powermetalresources.com/p/159/aim-rule-26 What am I missing?! Can POW or TSI please ammend accordingly. I phoned POW to query but the number given on their website appears to be the share registrars who denied all knowledge or responsability.

This is really a flipology share as there is not really enough cash to do that much more. My view is, that there is deep down not really a commitment to go that far with Haneti or Kisinka, or indeed hold KAT stock beyond selling into a big jump in the share price. There are slight possibilities of getting a 6% nickel result or 700 metres copper at 2.8% so a major sees interest. Unlikely to become a SolGold. As Torp implies there is the Andrew Bell factor and it is your call on whether that is good or very much less good.

I notice David Steinpreis, a director of Norseman Gold PLC, is a substantial holder in Katoro. https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=33442653

What gives? Seems confusing to my simple mind. Torp, your mind is not simple it is: complex on a cause, mindful and dogged. --- Header is updated and the ABM thread closed.

Why should one comment to improve your inept understanding regarding company formation when your apparent motive is to harangue and admonish? Failing to notice the different company numbers, that one is the subsidiary of the other, or realising when agreements are drawn up with a company named African Battery Metals it is usual and beneficial to create a holding company in this name to directly own such agreements, such subsidiary renamed accordingly once the listed parent company is itself rebadged to its new name. Failing to realise all of this shows the person is unobservant and unfit to remark on company matters nor disparage the gentlemen who devote their lives to such endeavours.
