Johnson is clearly fed up with making money so has decided to put a certain fellow on the BOD which every private investor avoids like the plague.

Ask yourself this, in his early days at Metal Tiger would he have gotten involved with such a fellow - answer NO !

No wonder legacy holders are dumping !

Sitting in the background is a certain Bell, shareholder wealth destroyer extraordinaire, this alone will keep the vast majority of punters away.

It is true that every POS has it's day but prospective buyers need to be cautious, a large overhang from a legacy seller and more recently 175m shares issued at .40p will be a constant drag on the share price

As for KAT has the guy there ever brought any shareholder value to the market with his main entity KIBO losing 95% of its value over many years.

This is an avoid.

Power Metal's holding in Katoro Gold KAT



Looks to me as if POW have been overlooked here. Even after all the podcasts by CEO Paul Johnson.

Power Metal Resources currently holds 10,000,000 shares which currently represents 5.57% of Katoro Gold’s issued share capital. In addition, POW also currently holds 10,000,000 warrants in Katoro Gold exercisable at 1.25p (2,500,000 warrants expiring on 15 March 2022 and 7,500,000 warrants expiring on 15 May 2022).

[ POW's shares and warrants at KAT's close at 2.75p are worth: £412,500. ]

POW also has a 25% interest in Katoro Gold’s Haneti nickel project in Tanzania, with a right to increase its interest to 35% by a payment to Katoro Gold of £25,000 in cash by 15 May 2020. POW has an interest in KAT's Haneti nickle project.

Fair enough dave545, that's something I overlooked. Even RRR shares moved up on the news. Let's see what PJ has to say.
KAT shares could move to 5p quite easily. - will sit and wait. Thought I was stupid buying at 1.3p, seems not.

You could buy 10 million at 0.315p yesterday online

For a short while it went NT at 0.4p so there has been a difference

Had there been no overhang it would have spiked 20% ish
