03/7/2007 15:33 | Around 6.5 million I think coxewan. This should start a bidding (mini) war? The key to me will be whether the sale would be with planning permission granted against a building mix agreed with the local authority. Without this 6p might just do it. With planning in place I would have hoped for around 9p. Cicurel is one of the key players and he bought IN at around 5.5p, so, unless he is the bidder - I would expect him to hold out for higher - he is on the board of course. Then there are the tax losses...£24 million in the accounts, worth £8 million? Game closure coming on! Number 5 in the % gainers for today - never thought I would see that! | fhmktg
03/7/2007 14:40 | wheres arthur | hybrasil
03/7/2007 14:35 | Has anyone got a current valuation on the land. | coxewan
03/7/2007 13:58 | Takeout price of 6p is not v. generous imho. I was hoping for much more, say 8-10p. One offer isn't likely to be the end of it at all though. Largely depends on who it is offering I guess. | faxxer
03/7/2007 13:47 | Well done all you long suffering holders. It has been a mammoth wait but at least it seems to have a happy ending. | nickcduk
03/7/2007 12:46 | I am surprised there are not more trades with the increased bid price. \\\\\electronically currently 250k v 170k | hybrasil
03/7/2007 11:31 | Hooray! Volume up today as well. If we get above 5p we are back to 2003 levels! Any further buying should move the share price significantly IMHO | fhmktg
03/7/2007 10:49 | This brings up to a 3 year high I think | hybrasil
29/6/2007 21:32 | That 150k bought for 5p? Surprised the share price didn't change - can't be many available. Any thoughts? | fhmktg
26/6/2007 21:14 | And another 150k today - some body steadily building - cant see why the share price doesn't respond more positively. | fhmktg
25/6/2007 21:31 | 150,000 at 4.75p today. We really do seem to be heading towards 5p. I really am starting to believe that there's something behind this rise. The buying has been consistent lately, even though the volume hasn't been massive. I guess the fact that P O'Reilly cleared out the market at 3p means there isn't much stock around. It'd be great to see a new notifiable holder on the register, especially if it were a developer. I probably shouldn't speculate too much, it might just as easily be nothing. | arthur_lame_stocks
25/6/2007 14:38 | Stakebuilding could take us further up, before any significant news. More buys today in what seems a tight market - maybe we could see another 1-1.5p on continued buying of any shares appearing on the market? Next buy of a decent size should tip us to 4.5p or higher -roll on! | fhmktg
22/6/2007 13:11 | Hybrasil, you have certainly called it right. And you may well be right that its high enough for now. Think it will need news, either of an improved planning mix or an approach to acquire the land (or the company)to get it higher, but probably some way yet from the endgame. | actonman
22/6/2007 10:24 | actonman I did tell you we would be 4.25p bid before long and here we are. I would have thought that that is the extent of it. | hybrasil
19/6/2007 18:35 | Hybrasil, Given your 5 year time horizon, your monitoring of almost every trade has to be commended! Personally hope that some deal that realises value for shareholders can be struck much sooner than that, and with construction of the bridge due to start next year perhaps thats not an entirely forlorn hope. | actonman
19/6/2007 08:48 | ouch! I wasn't looking for that long! | fhmktg
19/6/2007 08:18 | Nowhere near it. I for one will not sell. The trick to making money here is to build out the development. Probably 5 years. | hybrasil
18/6/2007 21:23 | It certainly seems that way. Are we nearing the end? I hope so. | arthur_lame_stocks
18/6/2007 15:06 | Thats another net 60k sold by the mms. 4.25 is coming very quickly | hybrasil
15/6/2007 11:03 | Arthur and again this am. We could be 4.25p bid shortly as they are better bid than offered electronically | hybrasil
14/6/2007 19:35 | I'll be glad to be wrong. I saw nearly 200k sold at 3.75p the other day and thought we would tick down when it opened this morning. Let's hope the buying continues. | arthur_lame_stocks
14/6/2007 19:12 | You were wrong arthur, Someone bought 100k at the full offer price. | hybrasil
13/6/2007 17:58 | It looks like we're going to tick down tomorrow, never mind it was fun while it lasted. | arthur_lame_stocks |
