21/3/2007 17:53 | When did Barclay start buying shares in PIV? What was their holding prior to today's RNS? M | milacs
21/3/2007 16:42 | P O'Reilly has upped his stake to over 15%, let's\hope he's not going to let DC screw us all over. | arthur_lame_stocks
21/3/2007 15:21 | Keep us posted - they usually reply within a day or so. | fhmktg
21/3/2007 11:06 | Interesting though that it´s been all buying recently, I sent an email to the council asking them when the discussions were likely to take place WRT PIV, Sydenhams and the power stations allocations but no reply as yet. | arthur_lame_stocks
21/3/2007 10:43 | 6p would do me. | arthur_lame_stocks
21/3/2007 10:35 | arthur price? | sirshagalot
21/3/2007 10:27 | what do you call a decent price arthur? | hybrasil
19/3/2007 16:22 | I wonder if it´s been tipped somewhere, there´s been a fair bit of small buying over the last couple of days. I wish somebody would come and put us out of our misery for a decent price. | arthur_lame_stocks
19/3/2007 16:19 | The end game must be coming closer. I suppose it could take up to another 2 years but I would guess we will have a buyer before then. | hybrasil
19/3/2007 11:14 | So another tick up in the offer on a buy of 150k. I wonder if we might soon see the bid back up to 3.25p or are we back stuck with .5p spread. It´d be nice to see some real interest in this stock again, it´s been quiet for so long. | arthur_lame_stocks
18/3/2007 19:11 | Good to see you optimistic, i´ve long since given up expecting anything to happen here, but I suppose it will eventually. | arthur_lame_stocks
18/3/2007 13:54 | Hooray, anyway - it seems fairly modest buying moves the price, so lets hope it catches on. PIV should have had their first meeting with Poole Council, to agree the make up of the development for the site ( David Booth suggested Feb/March), maybe they have met and those in the know have a more settled picture - expect further buying if that is true! Once momentum develops. I would expect a couple of pence, if not more and then, when the company announces they have submitted a formal planning application, I would hope we will see north of 5p once and for all, to be followed pretty quick by the sale of the company, once the application is approved ( not before '08 though) Would welcome other thoughts on timing and valuation! | fhmktg
16/3/2007 11:44 | It looks like there´s a flurry of small buys today, perhaps it´s been tipped somewhere. | arthur_lame_stocks
16/3/2007 11:06 | Is that a tick up in price? I wonder if it´ll hold. Perhaps there´s a buyer in the background. It´d be nice to think it´s the start of some upward movement but I won´t hold my breath on that front. | arthur_lame_stocks
07/3/2007 08:01 | Always worth giving David Booth a ring - he's usually pretty up front. | fhmktg
06/3/2007 17:19 | Perhaps we´ll even see the price tick up again soon. I wonder when they start discussions with the council. | arthur_lame_stocks
06/3/2007 17:00 | Nice buy at mid day - seems that somebody is mopping up the small parcels as they come to market? | fhmktg
19/2/2007 14:38 | David Booth certainly hinted to me that sale of the Company, including the tax write off is the preferred option - my query was what share price value the tax could have? | fhmktg
19/2/2007 12:07 | I thought the idea was to sell the whole company. That way hopefully a developer can make use of the 20 odd million in capital tax losses which would be worth millions in saved tax on the profit on development. Otherwise I presume we sell the land for the best price, pay no tax on the profit and are left with a cash shell. I prefer the first option, hopefully the value will be greater and we don´t have to worry then about what is going to happen to our cash. | arthur_lame_stocks
19/2/2007 11:53 | Interim statement came today; losses on the proit/loss account stand at £24.5 million. Given a profit on the land sale and debts paid off- how could a sale, including the tax offset from the trading account work, through to our benefit? Would welcome views. | fhmktg
12/2/2007 17:05 | Ah well, back to the back burner! | fhmktg
12/2/2007 16:33 | Results just out. Nothing at all in there. We wait for another 6 months at least. | arthur_lame_stocks
12/2/2007 10:41 | Last years interims came out on 10th Feb - any announcement on when the '07 set are due? Fingers crossed for some form of progress, but not really hopeful! I'd welcome closure this year and to move on from holding since Quiligotti days! | fhmktg
16/1/2007 13:56 | fhm good post helpful to all of us | hybrasil |
