I just hope Palmer, Booth and Cicurel have a plan & timetable in their pocket.
Is it possible this team have the expertise to actually go ahead with the full development of the site, rather than selling out to Gallaghers as part of a broader development of the area?

The share price will start to move when de3tails are announced as to planning on the site

I'll watch with interest to see if sharks start to circle as the date approaches.
Presumably there would be a series of announcements from Poole Concil and the developers, after the announcement, as to their intentions - including from PIV and Gallaghers!

I expect a move up in share price - but who knows!

I was put through to the man in charge. Decision due within the next four weeks!!!!!!
