Was a former President of Malasia not caught out recently, being involved in a multi- billion dollar fraud? If the stakes are high enough, many "good" men will wander from the straight and narrow path.
At the AGM 2017, M Tang refused to identify any of the people behind Dyani. In answer to a question, he merely stated that he new the people in Dyani and the Dyani consultants were located in Beijing.
He obviously has something to hide.

Hi badger, I've been holding for around 4 to 5 years. Just sold all my shares for £500, think they cost around £5,000. I figure £500 is better then nothing. Hope for all holders I am wrong, but I have had enough. Best regards SBP

Hi badger I am still here and still holding
Contacted Prism and Polo waiting a Reply
We have been here before without a Nomad
I am expecting a new Nomad. People here are painting a very bad picture of Tang dishonesty etc
He has been honoured in his country. Would he risk all that.

Yup- a sorry end to what was a good company paying very decent special dividends under old leadership. Tang has been an absolute disaster & i resigned myself to losing my 20k investment long ago. Only possible share driver Gcm going nowhere fast. Or slow. Interested in other long termers views though - Spights?

Considering Polo's current predicaments, why take the risk, why buy the shares.

In December 2015 Simon Cawkwell met Michael Tang and said:
"I told him that he is either a crook or an idiot. For some reason he did not warm to this categorisation."
Regarding "crook or idiot", I made up my mind a long time ago.
I think the penny is dropping now and we are witnessing the end game for Polo. Un-investable.

RE: Nomad resigned ... not goodToday 10:35
As I said below.....dire. Another 13 per cent down today and unless a replacement soon, headed well below 1p. If polo delists my personal view is investors will never see a penny.

My guess is that nobody wants to work with Tang. Not only is he taking an amazing amount out of the company in salary and fees as most of us and one larger holder have pointed out, but his investments seem to be a bit bizarre as he only invests in the same stocks. The meeting etc are held at strange places.....in this huge bull run NAV has fallen by vast amounts . So maybe the Nomad has just got fed up with Tang acting as if this is a private company where he owns all the stock. This is hardly unique I should add and nothing illegal I guess but this has little left now.

I agree that they are highly likely to delist after the rescheduled AGM if they cannot find a NOMAD.
At least you can sell in the market today, even at 1.3p

Polo is now valued at below 5M...so cannot afford any of the huge 2 million expenses per year. None of them. The directors should take no salary at all imo. No need with such a tiny mkt cap.

It might be they want to delist and save all the listing fees. Maybe they just cant afford the fees and Nomad costs and Tang.

Buying opportunity???Ermm RED FLAGS first. Let's deal with those before assuming a new broker(nomad) will want to come.Haven't you even considered that the intention may be to delist? And that these events have been created to achieve that. Seen it many times before unfortunately.

Everyone running for the exit before delisting? What will happen after?Continue as a private company?Call in the gcm loan notes?Gcm gets suspended and forced into admin?Polo take the gcm assets in lieu of the loan notes? What will happen to polo, will it be swallowed by the mysterious dyani corp with the unnamed owners?Shareholders will have no idea what's going on as it will not be reporting via rns.

"It also has a large interest in Nimini Holdings a gold company in Sierra Leone but I think that is mothballed."

And with that he stepped quickly to one side, having deftly flicked the orts under the carpet edge.

"The Directors have to consider the best interests of the shareholder."

Oh they are, the one with the control.
