There have been 11 trades in Polo this morning and £1707 has changed hands. Move along nothing to see here. Why don’t you ring your mates nomad Number and tell us all what he has got to say.

Glavey it appears you do most of the whinging on here. I don't class UsedJohnny as a whinger as he's not invested, he merely trolls. Anyone considering their position in Polo should always look at the main shareholders and see what they are doing. They are privy to the inner workings and they don't seem to be selling so what is the problem?

mickmack, other than whinging do you have any information which may assist shareholders in considering their position in POLO?

"So have you learned something useful from talking to the current nomad or are you just showing you can copy telephone numbers from an RNS so someone else can waste their time." 888, As you choose not to respond to my questions I think I'll have to leave you to decide which answer you prefer. Your views so eloquently expressed here are oft at odds with mine so you may differ as to the usefulness.

Looks like it.Mick is such a failure and is becoming desperate now, as he's starting to realise all is not right with polo/gcm/dyani

Exactly. A big conflict of interest going on here...plus also a concert party?

If Perfectus (aka Tang, Polo, Mettiz) are allowed to vote for Tang, he will be re-elected at the AGM. This would be an obvious conflict of interest; a 98% subsidiary voting shares in its listed parent. In effect the subsidiary is controlling the parent to the disadvantage of minority shareholders in the parent. The Perfectus shares should have been cancelled.

Nomad or not this is not the problem. Polo had a nomad before and share price was shixx

Glavey good point, but you know what I'm saying. After that agm, the clock is ticking for several days only and then suspension. So some has to happen during that short window or its game over. I doubt a nomad will come before the agm as they will not want the uncertainty of the voting and any fallout, so it will be after the agm, if at all.

Does a new nomad have to be signed up 10 days prior to the old vacating then?

What has changed? I just answered that. The agm is on the last possible day for them to sign up a nomad. If they don't, then the shares will suspend, and one month later fully delist.

apfindley, Suggest you might address your concern to John Depasquale +44 (0)20 3328 5657 Maybe he can put some flesh on the bones? He'll probably also be aware if there is another nomad waiting in the wings (or even a queue of them...)

"The proxies do not change; Dyani do not get more votes for this AGM. So what has changed in the intervening months.........." Russman, that is a very good question. However the voting figures were never provided. One party considered that Tang had insufficient votes, but did it hinge on the Perfectus vote?

I bet tang will never reply to that question. Soon polo delisted and private????? So as gcm......??!!!

To avoid the heat, they have delayed the agm, and forced the nomad to quit, knowing the route then is delisting, which means pesky shareholders then definitely can't touch tang. And why did dyani convert their gcm shares into new polo shares, leaving polo owning enough gcm shares to fall juat below the threshold and therefore be unable to convert their loan notes. The polo shares are voting power for dyani. But who owns dyani?
