Russman.Exactly.The lack of info about dyani is disturbing. If there was openness about who is involved (owns or works for) dyani then we could all support the project with more confidence.

The wonders of spellcheck and of course you knew what I had intended to write. I thought it would be a little petty to take you up on your “accounts are histoical” but clearly I was mistaken.
Why don’t you set out what your concerns are and your evidence to support it.
Innocent until proven guilty. You can’t prove guilt with innuendo and speculation.

"If having considered the facts they believe this is an undervalued share and that the share price should increase to reflect that I hope they would buy."

Aye, there's the rub.

I am not suggesting anyone should fall for anything. If having considered the facts they believe this is an undervalued share and that the share price should increase to reflect that I hope they would buy.
I fail to see what problem you have with the laws of supply and demand and it’s effect on price. I have never taken part in a pump and dump of any share.

"Unsurprisingly you use the words “some would say”. Come on now are you going to make that allegation as a clear statement from you rather than what others might say."

888, you are well enough versed in the English language to know the meaning of the idiom and yes I believe there are significant grounds for concern.

"Has the Nomad made their position clear apart from the fact they are reigning."

They aren't reigning, they are resigning and yes I think they have!

(It is Tang who is 'reigning'...!!)

"We will never get the share price to rise unless we bring in new investors."

I think a lot of people would be happy if there was the chance of a significant share price pump but can you get enough investors to fall for it 888?

Has the Nomad made their position clear apart from the fact they are reigning. We haven’t as far as I am aware been informed as to why they are resigning and once again you are speculating by innuendo.

"Some details on dyani

That link contains no information on Dyani, it is simply a link to a Polo/GCM RNS.

"888 is a genuine investor here and not a troll Or anything to do with Tang
I can confirm that"

You just popped by to write that?

"Tang would be in serious breach of his duties as a Director if he has failed to disclose that he owns Dyani"

It's not 'ownership' it's those with 'significant control'.

Some would say he's already in serious breach of his duties as a Director.

Funny how the AGM is back on the agenda at a time when the nomad has made their position clear.

Accounts are historical, the NAV has been falling, the share price is voting NAV will continue to fall and the number of shares in existance will continue to rise.

888, unsurprisingly you use ridicule to avoid the point. When people do that there's generally a reason.

Clarity on Dyani ownership is required for confidence to be restored in Tang / Polo / GCM.
A brassplate in Hong Kong is as far as I got.
Then the Perfectus conflict of interest needs to be resolved.

You should also forward your concerns in ref fca and manipulation to the company too. Their bums may twitch a little.

Trading at a massive discount to nav, "for years"???Then clearly that nav doesn't hold water does it. You saying that polo have advanced nothing in all those years? Then the nav is meaningless really.

It isn’t misleading that Polo has for years been trading at a massive discount to NAV. That is a fact clearly shown in every report. Releasing that value into the share price is what should have attracted investors. It’s called supply and demand and if there are more buyers than sellers the share price will rise. Clearly people can form there own views on my comments as they can on yours. Your unsubstantiated serious allegations against a Director who has also had a successful career as a lawyer and is admitted as a Barrister in England is a matter of serious concern. You should be mindful of the laws of defamation and FCA regulations regarding market manipulation.

So issuing shares is not raising cash then... what is it just dilution. One thing remains...nobody not a single person can tells us who dyani are, who owns them, even one person who works for them or who has worked on the phulbari project, no documents with even single persons name or what dyani have actually done which could have been done by the gcm/polo directors. It looks dodgy. Dyani looks like a shell company used to gather up 5million quids worth of gcm stock and then exchange some for polo stock too.Why would you entrust the advancement of phulbari in the hands of a newly formed companed who first claimed they had experience of simar projects (nb. not one other project has been named and any search just pulls up the gcm agreement)

Bringing new investors????

Do you mean missleading them as you are trying to do for 12 years.....

Polo’s never been so low. Shows the confidence of the « investors »

I do not think it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders for Polo and Tang to be continually attacked on this bb. How does that help our investments by allowing it to be portrayed to potential investors and existing investors as a basket case. We will never get the share price to rise unless we bring in new investors. Polo has some good investments and continues to trade a a large discount to NAV which is as disappointing to me as I am sure it is to other investors.
I have said many times that I do not think Tang is without his faults and in particular I think the level of remuneration he has taken from Polo is excessive and not justifiable in any event but particularly in view of the decline in the share price
However Hibiscus is a good investment and it is not Tang’s fault that there has been a global oil price crisis. He has also put great efforts into bringing GCM to a successful conclusion for approval of Phulbari. If that succeeds Polo’s fortunes will be restored as will its share price. He has done a good job of taking it forward without having to raise cash. The consultants have been paid in shares so if they don’t succeed they have effectively been working for nothing. It demonstrates their confidence in success.
The end game with GCM would appear to be close but has been slightly delayed due to COVID. I just don’t think it is in anyone’s best interest to try to remove Tang at this point in time and risk destabilising GCM. The people trying to remove him do not have a plan that has been disclosed to anyone as to what would happen if Tang was removed.
We need people to be constructive in their comments not destructive.

hello Mo! Not heard from you for some time. We have all lost money on Polo in the intervening period.
I accept from you that 888 is a genuine investor. But none of the other Polo shareholders are as happy about Tang's lack of performance as 888.
Just maybe 888 is 'short' POL and therefore very happy for tang to continue wasting our money.

Cannot imagine why 888 is so defensive about Tang unless he is Tang or paid by Tang out of tang's excessive salary.
Do Tang's duties as a director not include looking after the interests of all shareholders? Over the last many years the only shareholder tang has looked after is himself.
Unless 888 is Tang he must be losing a large portion of his investment; so why defend tang? Oh, well; we all just lost another 20% of our investment value in Polo today.
And all because the Nomad expects ethical behaviour from the directors of Polo.
