M/cap approx £6m; last year "admin" expenses $2.5m. Go figure.
I am not giving Tang any more capital considering his performance to date.
I would vote for a delisting if Tang does not resign at this adjourned AGM;then sell my shares on the last day of trading and accept my loss.

Polo is in no way struggling for the cost of its listing. The Directors have to consider the best interests of the shareholder. There can be no doubt that it is in the interests of shareholders to maintain the listing and I presume you would agree with that.

The gold investment in Blackham Resources is now under Wiluna Mining Corporation, The share will have to go some to pay off for Polo.

Considering the current m/cap of Polo the BoD may consider that the costs of maintaining a listing outweigh the benefits.

Polo did of course benefit massively from how well Hibiscus has done as it forms a significant part of its NAV. The frustration investors have is that the NAV is not reflected in the share price

Polo does have an interest in Blackham Resources which is an Australian gold mining company BLK.AX. I think from memory it’s a pretty small investment. It also has a large interest in Nimini Holdings a gold company in Sierra Leone but I think that is mothballed.

Did Polo own shares in a gold mining company in Aus?Should the share price not have moved up the past few weeks?

A poster made a comment saying Polo was a Bermuda company and some comments were made about directors duties. I should not have assumed them to be right because as Big Frankie says Polo is a British Virgin Islands Company. BVI law is essentially based on English Law and hence the comments about Directors duties would be broadly the same as under Bermudian Law.

I didn’t say British laws apply in Bermuda. Bermuda’s laws are based on English law and the principles of English Common Law are part of their legal system. This is usual in former British colonies and Territories. You can’t even read and understand what you google. Must try harder if you want to avoid further embarrassment.
