It was at least £220k. £500k - £220k = £280k and that's 44% of the minimum cash holding required. Further, we now have to value PLMO at less than it was before the discovery just announced so yes, the readmission document will make an interesting read.

It cant have been much given they only needed 220k to reach the 500k threshold. A 25% discount seems quite reasonable as a pre IPO raise and again only a relatively small amount - look forward to seeing the prospectus.

Today's RNS shows that there was an unreported drain on the company account under the regime that brought us Securlinx. Peterhouse have seen us right though although with a 25% discount but hey that's the price they are charging for covering this sordid story up.

The "senior team" at Digitalbox published their accounts recently.

Value halved during 2017 from £3.6m to £1.8m and most of the money went into illiquid land and buildings.

Don't worry though, it's not Digitalbox Group reversing in to PLMO but Digitalbox Publishing Holdings spinning out and they're worth £0.6m, according to their last accounts.

Digitalbox strategy is to capitalise on disruptive market forces through acquiring mobile digital community focused content with advertising.

Bloody hell give the man a chance. Minor uplift you say its over 50% so pretty dam decent before even looking at the business reversing in.

hey..yes, just seen it. not sure yet what it means...on the face of it just a minor uplift from where we are .? not a mega deal to come back at multibag but might be growth expansion potential there! see what happens

You're probably right. AIM is littered with temporarily suspended companies that have never come back. Not expecting to see my £2.5k outlay again. be a bonus if I do! The very fact that they have not included the further six month rule gives me a bit more encouragement. Still waiting for INFT to come back!

No AIM director ever has their interest aligned with that of ordinary shareholders.

Indeed let’s hope for a short suspension of a few months or so as they have had some time until now to sort the wheat from the chaff.

Nigel has his interests aligned with shareholders so am sure will be working his socks off to get a deal done.
Good Luck

You could get an RNS Monday advising the stock has been suspended because no deal has yet been signed after six months. That could be the end of the RNS with the usual caveat about a cancellation in another six months if there is still no deal.

But you could get a suspension with full details of the RTO. Only 48 hours to wait. Good luck all.
