A court submission for the appointment of administrators on the failure to repay a debt isn't really litigation. I still reckon it's an option. Do we know when the exact date of the loan?

I know what I would do if I was in charge at GUN and/or PLMO. I'd get McNaught sacked at Oyster and go to court to bankrupt them. Once the administrators get appointed I'd make an offer to take Oyster from them at a vast discount, paying minority creditors a small amount in the Can$. That would make PLMO a holding company with a prospecting subsidiary.

Drum roll.....RTO news looming close now and nigel has been very busy in the back ground. Results might give a hint om which oil/gas is coming in. You don't buy 7.8% of PLMO unless u are confident of bringing it over the line :)) i reckon he will buy more shares again after the results are published this month. You wouldn't buy in the open market at 1.2p unless u thought it was good value. I confidently keep building my stake. He bagged a few times with NUOG. I predict a repeat is on the cards at PLMO.

OYSTER money may not exist. This is their Chief Financial Officer and a director, who resigned on 11 June 18 at Indus Gas. What does it say about the judgement of the other directors?

Mr Bruce David McNaught (“Mr McNaught”) – Born: 10 September 1961

On 8th June 2018 the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) decided

to impose a discretionary financial penalty of £13,000 under section 11D of the Financial Services Commission Law on Mr McNaught;
to make orders under the Regulatory Laws prohibiting Mr McNaught from (i) holding the position of director, controller, partner, manager, financial adviser, general representative or authorised insurance representative (as applicable); and (ii) acting as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) or Compliance Officer within a person licensed under any of the Regulatory Laws for a period of 4 years;
to disapply the exemption set out in section 3(1)(g) of the Fiduciaries Law in respect of Mr McNaught for a period of 4 years; and
to issue a public statement under section 11C of the Financial Services Commission Law.

The Commission considered it reasonable, proportionate and necessary to make these decisions having concluded that Mr McNaught failed to fulfil the minimum criteria for licensing (and in particular was not a fit and proper person to hold a fiduciary licence or hold the positions of director, controller, partner or manager of an applicant or licensed fiduciary) under Schedule 1 to the Fiduciaries Law*.

It depends barnes, look at I3E & EVRH for 2 recent examples where owners and "punters" as you put it have both done well. 50k in each is now worth over 200k with the former likely to double again on funding news.

Speculative of course at pre RTO stage but they do pay off (not all granted!!)

Suspenders on rto

And the winners will be the owners who are revered in and not the private punters imo
