Followed the director Nigel Burton here and loaded up. So far Nigel has bought £105k shares. and some in the open market yesterday. Once placing shares are gone this will fly. £1.2m market cap for a shell with HUGE calibre of management in Nigel Burton who has been CFO for FTSE companies

Multibagger in the making

Keep an eye out on this website for TSX updates related to Oyster, normally they are posted after hours in Canada;

shujja1 - The investment in Oyster is via a convertible loan debenture that accrues interest at 10% so in fact the value has increased they do not have to convert to shares.

One interesting point that may have been missed is that the debenture becomes due to PLMO soon, Oyster do not currently have the cash to pay it back which is why I think a listing has to be very close - otherwise what happens, renegotiate terms? If so the CLD owners will be in a very strong position !

The AIM listing itself has a value of about £500k. There is also an intangible value of what may occur as a result of NB being at the helm of the company. But at the moment the flood of placing shares is killing the share price. Not even the announcement of NB's buy could stop the stock from ending at the low point of the day.

Shareholders definitely needed it. Without it this stock wouldhgave been in the pits until whenever. All the clueless rampers can now come out and claim the rise is due to the short squeeze.

You have already bought at prices higher than 1.1p. The crooks are merely delivering your stock at a discount to your buy price.

PWhite73, thanks for your philosophy. Though, you got the wrong end of the stick! Those who can't sell, can neither buy. How can they dispose of their placing stocks if people can't buy?

The stock holding should still be correct though surely?

You can't trade because they block you from selling at a premium. You have to wait until the bucket shops have disposed of their placing stock.
