Picked up several million around 1.05/1.1 in the last week ahead of any RTO news. Clearly any upside will depend on the RTO and how well it’s managed but had some post RTO success elsewhere lately on other plays hence happy to put a few euros into this.
Not for widows & orphans.

Not entirely true but yes the case on a large majority of small cap stocks.

Also to add the cash they have I believe is sufficient for an RTO but of course depends on complexity etc. I3E AIM listing cost was around 450k.

No director ever invests or risks their own money in an AIM company. Its always yours.

The reassuring thing regarding timeline and value is that Burton has put a lot of his own money in and stands to lose more than most if an rto is not found. What will be important now in my view is that any new raise once an rto is found is a) At a higher share price and b) Existing shareholders are given the chance to subscribe.

What you seem to be saying is that you (one) can't put a value on this stock at all. Dr Burton has just told us how much cash there is and, all other things being equal (which they aren't because Oyster has stalled), the Oyster loan will be repaid sometime before 09/09/2018. Best we leave pricing to the mms and the ramping team and hope for the best then.

You can't put a value on this stock from its cash balance. These types of the shares are at the mercy of behind the scenes market activities. Last week the stock was selling for 1.9p on a supposed short squeeze a week later it has halved. It is likely the new placing shares gave the shorts the opportunity to close.

Unless the company is forward selling new placing shares this appears to be it as far as dilution is concerned. That the warrants have been cancelled also puts a lid on shares being drip fed into the market to weigh down the share price.

PLMO has until the 09/09/2018 to either complete an RTO, raise £6m in cash or face suspension. Good news can send the share price soaring. No news will lead to a daily drip drip effect as investors become concerned about the suspension and their money being tied up for another six months.

The listing, which I mentioned, is a soft value and the Oyster loan has turned out to be ultra high risk so its value is now very soft too. Cash is hard reality and it's being drained by the listing, the advisors and the directors.

Lots can still go wrong nut the main problem being the issuance of billions of virus shares appears to be over at least for now.

Divide £410k by 117m to see the hard value here. Issue price puts a lot of premium on listing and on the skills of Dr Burton and his fellow director, the expert in China frauds. With Beaumont Cornish, Lebanese owned Peterhouse and Beaufort follow on Novum on the case what could possibly go wrong now?

Apologies as I have been away since March when I sold my 40 million shares. Was there a consolidation at 1000:1? I nearly had a heart attack when I seen the share price yesterday?

RNS yesterday. Kavi Dhana has in fact increased his holdings. Its just that the placing has reduced his overall percentage.

Successful retest of the lows and then rallied to end the day near the highs and produced a Bullish Engulfing Candlestick. Doesn't get any better - perhaps the much talked about Short Squeeze is underway.

Who in their right mind would listen to a season deramper that hasn't ever made a penny in the markets.

I have been involved with shell companies for over 10years and nearly all of them have made me a lot of money.

Are the assets larger than 1.5 million rover?

If so agree it is a buy

If not why bother suspension looms if it goes rot and money tied up for months
