I think some good points there tutte. Momentum is certainly building and it wouldnt be a complete surprise if they announced a couple of collaboration/licensing deals to push back the cash requirement. There's always a chance they can avoid a placing but equally the presentation suggests they are back on road again with financing in mind.

I think it depends on your definition of imminent. I would suggest that the purchase of shares by Nukem, suggests that any decision to start a CR process had/has not been taken. The reason I say that is that they have a director on the board and would otherwise be restricted if a decision had been made. I think we can also reasonably assume that any CR would come at a higher price than that paid by Nukem. Otherwise why would they not wait for the CR to deploy capital.

To my mind they are acting like they know where the cash is going to come from, does not mean that they do, just that they seem pretty unconcerned about cash.

Thanks tutte. It's a perfect tool. The real world will catch on too. Once punters with undiagnosed breathing difficulties see this is available for clarity they will be demanding its use for them, this ground swell will also aid take up. But the professional practitioners already love it. It will be in this years budgetary shopping list for some.

As best as I can tell this was only posted on POLX website yesterday. Anyway it is dated as January 2024 and I do not think has been posted here before.

Page 10 is interesting and demonstrates, in a real world case, the diagnostic utility of the Xenoview system

They aren't going to takeover POLX - might have the cash to take part in a placing though.

All im saying, responding to Moonloon is Nukum isotopes is a small company and unlikely to get the funding for a takeover unless they bid around £15M
