As ever far more likely new money will come in to support the business not provide a premium to existing shareholders. I'd love to be wrong but reality is they need £800k per month.

It should be moving to a sensible not bombed out valuation already on existing knowledge. Another deal would confirm a few more things. I expect duke in Carolina to be next trial conversion in the short term

IM very surprised we havent seen a TR1
The selling and the 1.8M sell prior to the recent two high volume days has never been accounted not forgetting some of the large intra day selling over those two HV days.

It's not negativity - it's just stating the facts. You seem to have a habit of trashing anything anyone says that differs from your view. A suggestion - try and open your ideas up a bit.

Remember disclosure is only when integer % points are passed. The latest disclosure was 9.8% on 27th November so could have sold down to 9.01% without requiring disclosure. Also, I've seen disclosure RNS very late in the past.

In other words I wouldn't read anything in to the lack of a "Holding in Company" RNS.
