Not sure it's worth worrying about what other investors are doing - as you say update was decent - better than I was expecting and it's put us out of intensive care (for now)

Plenty of positive news and share price rises 1p.
Suggests funding concerns still or continued selling, probably by Amati, keeping a lid on things short term.
Medium term, imho POLX can’t do much without Phillips. Wonder what their current arrangement’s costing?
