Oh, btw, this morning I had one of those follow-up 'how did we do?' emails from Audi that we always ignore and delete. Said it would take 5 minutes. I gave them both barrels and it's obviously set up to go on and on if you don't give them the old 5* for everything. Took a good 40 minutes but I didn't hold back on the 'is there anything else you'd like to tell us?'. I don't suppose they GAF but it made me feel better.
