I think "cheaper energy" is shorthand for the whole green mess: the threat of energy rationing, forcing us to use cars and heating devices that are hugely expensive and don't work either, etc.

O'Flynn missed off: a real bonfire of the quangos, not just talking about it. A bonfire of EU regulations which we are still sticking to, goodness knows why. Prosecution of the butchers involved in the trans stuff.
