Hi Dan, I like Bulletin Boards that have both sides of the coin being discussed so really welcome your views and agree with many of the areas you highlighted wrt needing sales & profitability etc. However one point I'd just challenge is your observation that "everyone is talking about it & maybe talking Plexus up". I think that is way off. I don't really see anyone talking about it much (apart from the usual board suspects) & recently Paul S. I find it surprising actually that despite it being a major riser this stinker of a market it has not received any meaningful coverage or analysis.

#10156/8 - it is very much believable given the last 13 years. This is why anyone with any sense whatsoever will not vote for any of the cheeks of the same stinking @rse until it is destroyed.

Time for Tice etc to grab the initiative and take full advantage.

And for any true Conservatives left in that stinking mess of a Party to show some balls and jump ship.

Surely if the Tories weren't already toast at the next GE, they are now.

Unbelievable

Hi chutes01,

"I suggest PS isn't in this deep without prior knowledge of what is about to happen"

I don't know any more than anyone else. As mentioned before, my info is purely what's already in the public domain - RNSs, broker notes, mgt videos, etc.

It's the £8m rental contract (all recognisable in FY 6/2024) that gave me the conviction to take a big position here. My thinking is if they can win just one contract on that scale, then the global, multi-year opportunity is clearly enormous.

It all now boils down to delivery on the potential. The tech is already established & proven, this isn't some blue sky AIM thing, its track record prior to 2015 was excellent, that's why the market cap peaked at c.£300m.
With the world now focusing properly on wellhead methane leaks, which are now known to be horrifyingly extensive (thanks to satellite imaging), there's an obvious opportunity for Plexus, if it can scale up.
The Schlumberger relationship sounds key, but we haven't yet got firm timing or numbers on that.

It just seems probably the largest opportunity I've seen on the UK market for a market cap of only £20m.

Plenty of things could go wrong though, we all know this is higher risk. I'd like to see it secure stronger funding, but mgt have done an amazing job at avoiding dilution over the last c.7 years, despite a prolonged period of losses (now coming to an end with a return to profit in FY 6/2024 forecast).

Let's just see what happens, time to be patient I think, and ignore all the background noise. This share is obviously a bit niche, and won't appeal to many investors. That's fine, because the free float is tiny anyway, so there are not many shares to be had.
