Im not surprised at all and you can double your price target huge pants. Look at the growth in Europe- revenues up 50% on sales of the software products.
R&D expense up 60%

Look better at 2nd glance since exceptional cost of 143K included.

Pre-tax Profit of 0.492M after financial expenses (and excluding exceptionals) on revenues of 11.9M

Tax charge was only 51K. Perhaps offsetting against previous losses?
If you apply standard 30% to 0.5M then pro-forma after tax profit = 0.35M or 1.3p eps

But as Simon says H2 has been considerably better than H1 so eps of 2p next year should be on the cards.

Balance Sheet:

Cash = 1.35M
Net current assets = 1.3M
NTAV = = 1.7M

Cash flow positive from operations of 0.25M.

IMO shares are worth at least 15p for market cap of 3.9M

Well the wait has been worth it. Fianl results this morning and a very healthy 4q profit. Earnings per share of 1.1p putting them on a PE of just 7. The last sox months alone saw .8p of this so if they can keep going next year at this rate and say 1.6p that puts them on a pe of less than 5. Far too cheap.

Fingers crossed that Q4 carries on from the excellent Q3. If Q4 matches Q3 then we have 300K pre-tax profit for full year, nearly all in H2, and the current market cap of 1.6M should hopefully increase significantly. And the security situation in Israel has improved markedly in the 6 months or so since Abbas took over. So you would expect business sentiment to have improved.

This company are very predictable as regards final results date if last few years are anything to go by. Should be either this week or, more likely IMO, next week.

Since I like updating the Israel share price here (only when it goes up of course) - price up 5% in Israel today to 76.4 shekels (9.3 pence) on relatively large volume of 185K.

It's possible through investorlink at Walker Cripps tel [phone] in materialised form- I'm sure they also do nominee accounts also. They are not easy to trade in and the spread is very wide, although you probably will deal within for amounts like 25,000 shares. PIA is very reminiscent of the OFEX stocks I have traded, although I trust it will be a better investment as OFEX has usually been a disaster for me.
I am not too sure Comdirect would deal in them though.

I have added 24,000 almost at the close of play today. I know it's speculative at present but PIA has got good assett backing and many top company clients and it wouldn't take too much buying (or selling) to send them upwards (or downwards!)

The latest the results have been the last 3 years is 2nd April. It was 25th March last year and 1st April the year before (clearly someone has a sense of humour)
