23/5/2006 09:38 | Is it possible to sell in tel aviv and buy in london ? 20 percent difference in price is a lot !! so much for market efficiency | dasein
22/5/2006 13:01 | Priced now at 130 shekels in Tel-Aviv which is certainly the highest in the 2 years Ive been following this share. And there seemed to be relatively high volume yesterday. So UK equivalent is 15.5p based on £1 = 8.4 shekels. | hugepants
16/5/2006 18:32 | good answer..thank you most kindly ..looking forward to the results | dasein
16/5/2006 12:10 | No idea why the discrepancy. Ive held varying amounts of this ahre on and off for about 2 years now. I recall the last time the Israel price shot up was just before they released the final results last year. There was an unexpected stonking performance in Q4. So I suspect there may be strong Q1 results about to be announced next week. Dont bank on it but that would be my bet. Incidentally share price in Israel as you say is 13.75p. Thats 115 shekels with exchange rate of £1 = 8.37 shekels. Only a couple of weeks ago the exchange rate was £1 = 8 shekels so I suspect the shekel is pegged to the US currency. Its dragged down the equivalent UK share price by about 5%. | hugepants
16/5/2006 10:12 | 13.75 i mean !! | dasein
16/5/2006 10:12 | 13.75 i mean !! | dasein

14/5/2006 20:21 | Q1 results are typically out at end of May. | hugepants
09/5/2006 15:28 | No not really. 14.5p in Israel. Just UK share price playing catch-up. | hugepants
09/5/2006 12:06 | What's happening? - Israel moving?? D | dennisbergkamp
04/5/2006 12:41 | Talking to myself again eh!? Israel market open again after 2 days closed for holidays. share price still 15p there so I suspect they have wind of some good news. Q1 results due out this month. | hugepants
02/5/2006 18:57 | Director sold 600,000 (just over 2% of the company). Still holds over 7% Sold at 14.3p in the Tel Aviv exchange. Interestingly the share price didn't fall over there (still at approx 15p). Big fall here though. | hugepants
27/4/2006 08:22 | Director sale yesterday. He got 15p for them (in the Tel-Aviv market) | hugepants

31/3/2006 08:04 | Final results out. The bumper Q4 last year didnt materialise this year. Ongoing business has 7.5M revenues and pre-tax profit of 0.425M for the year NAV is about 2.4M now with net liquid assets of 2M Market cap 2.8M. Not bad for software/HR business. | hugepants
29/3/2006 15:46 | I think results will be good although they prob wont show the effects of the disposal. The part that was disposed contributed a 70,000 loss to the 9 month results and had net liabilities of 330,000 so the ongoing business did pre-tax 0.37M for the 9 month period and NAV should rise 330,000. Thats before Q4 which was the strongest quarter last year. | hugepants
27/3/2006 20:33 | Does anybody have any feel for how good the results will be? Price in Israel is slightly higher than in UK at the moment which may be a good sign. And when exactly are the results this week? | ianmckean
