Obviously the buyer and seller must have agreed a price. Price still 14p in Tel-Aviv. PILAT TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL LTD HOLDING IN COMPANY Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") was notified on 16 June 2006 that on 29 May 2006 Avigdor Rimmer sold 900,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in PTI. The sale was effected on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at a price of NIS 1.15 per share (approximately 14.3p).
