Yes Q3 was amazingly good.

I think it was the other way round - i.e. Pilat Media was demerged from Pilat Technologies.

Still quiet here - it will be interesting to see how they are going in Q3 when the results are announced next month. P/E ratio must be very low once the cash is deducted from the current valuation. Must be quite an attractive acquisition target form some company?

All quiet on here. Must admit that I missed the interim announcement. Interims ok, but nothing too exciting - maybe even a little disappointing! Sales of project management division will bring in a bit of extra cash.

Up again today. This has moved quickly. Share price always seems to get stuck around this level though. Waiting with interest to see the interims!

118 shekels in Tel-Aviv. Equates to 14.4p. Only 7-8 weeks till interims.

Dont know why price is going down on this news. A large shareholder has disposed of 900,00 shares (thats about 3.5%) at 1.15 shekels (14.3p) in the Tel-Aviv market. Obviously the buyer and seller must have agreed a price. Price still 14p in Tel-Aviv.

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") was notified on
16 June 2006 that on 29 May 2006 Avigdor Rimmer sold 900,000 ordinary shares of
NIS 0.01 each in PTI. The sale was effected on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at a
price of NIS 1.15 per share (approximately 14.3p). Following this transaction,
Mr. Rimmer holds 1,373,870 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.2 per
cent. of the issued share capital.

Strong Q1 results



SUMMARY

Sales up 10% to £2,041,000 compared with the equivalent period in 2005.

Pre-tax profit on continuing operations more than trebled to £130,000 from £
41,000 in the equivalent quarter of 2005.

Net profit of £307,000 for the quarter including capital gains of £197,000.

Strong sales growth in North America.

Q1 results have been out last Friday in May for each of the last 2 years.
