enigma,
That was the day that I bought in..... Guess who didn't sell.....but I did subscribe to the rights and it is nice to be back in profit, should I sell.
Things seem to be thought to be going on, so I will be waiting for the fat Lady to sing......

Extract

Pipeline Moving Forward: As part of its restructuring program, Biogen is focusing on the
development of those candidates that represent higher return potential. In connection with this, thecompany has terminated the development of cardiovascular and oncology products. Biogen terminated 17 programs. Biogen s aim is to launch five new products by 2015. The company's main
R&D focus will be on neurological diseases like multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS), or Lou Gehrig s disease, and Parkinson s disease.

so lets wait & see. 2 years wait so far, another 5 months wont hurt :)

bla1se:
Ignore them as to all intents and purposes they are irrelevant to us.
They are really just a short "time out" when stock shoots up or down in a frenzied manner in a short period of time.
Think of it as being a bit like a temporary traffic calming measure and that not too far from the truth.

May be interesting news coming I hope.

oh well. better wait to see what the news is. relatively little stock in PI hands, and the institutions seem committed to support til Parkinson's news is out.

hopefully we will gap above 12p when we find what is causing the movement.

GSK or Biogen. any other partner suggestions for ALS ?
mrsapeslaptop

I've found this from August 8th. Suggests that ALS clinical trials can be smaller and faster (therefore cheaper).

this should increase the attractiveness of licencing cogane for ALS. Im hoping that is the next news. fingers crossed
