Yes that's correct, most would go bust.

I wonder what sort of spread they will put on it when I try to sell my little holdings on the spike.

Going by your theory, 90% of AIM companies would go burst. All most do is raise money from issuing shares and taking on debt.

55,000 wont' even pay one director's salary for the year, surely.
Still,it will be interesting to see what sort of a spike we get.

Are you kidding, you think 700k a year is a 'significant amount of money'? Your local little pub turns over more than that.

Remember, pyc have always made a loss, and have said they will still make a loss this year,...that's because 700k is peanuts. If they weren't a floated company they would have gone bust years ago.

A minimum of €500k from Merck deal . Then approximately £280k from the 4 small contracts awarded since the beginning of the year.Pretty good imo compared to most AIM companies who bring in zero money but only fleece investors

In total pyc must be getting about £700k in contracts this calender year. That's a significant amount of money for a small company.Things going in the right direction for this minnow

"The client has expressed the desire for a partner to support them in the period leading up to and during their agent's early clinical studies."

So the client has an agent?. Look this is nothing more than money for laboratory work. It may even be government grant money received by the 'European biotech client'.

Let's see how many mug PIs see it as a stepping stone to a £100m buyout by Merck.

If it goes up 0.5p everyone will be jumping.

500k grant and it will jump 5p.

But no grants no contracts no match funds.

Founder the wakner
Jim the cunning bigge4 wakner.

Anyone got that pic of Jim with that makeshift background and pens......honestly they look like crooks with a begging bowl.

What beats me is they did a placing recently and spouted some rubbish about match fund as one of the reasons for the placing. Crooks are a disgrace.

Yup I am going to sell at the next spike and break even

Yes,I seem to remember those articles.

I was holding a million shares of this at one point then they consolidated them down to 100,000 shares,I think.

I was luck to catch that last spike of 200 to 300% some months ago and got out.

Since then,I have bought a few from time to time as it has dropped back down again, just out of morbid interest.

I am waiting for the next spike and the next consolidation.

The prospect of a contract and a huge several hundred percent increase in the share value is what attracts most of us to these aim shares.

The usual outcome is the price drifts down and down after the initial price and the managers and directors do everything they can to keep their salaries coming in as long as possible.

Re:Am I am a customer of Sunrise?

No,I use Physiomics Laundry.

They charge a bit more but they have always done a thorough job of cleaning me out and hanging me out to dry.

The best thing is :they don't charge any extra for repeating the process. :-)

I am still holding a modest amount of these shares, waiting for the next spike.

Zero odds, as I've just explained before. That would need to come from a customer which has already been doing many many pre clinical trials with pyc over a few years already, just like Merck. If you're really waiting for another Merck contract to appear then you'll be very disappointed.

Odds on an rns tomorrow for a 3 year contract worth £750k+ per year and an Upfront payment of £500k to boot?
