04/6/2018 02:29 | myamay16 - "Plus, if new Institution is in at 3% or more should have RNS Mon or Tue." Whether such an RNS appears is immaterial now. The last placing has set a new bench mark low since the November 2017 frenzy. Furthermore who wants an institution on your register who thinks the shares are only worth 4p when key mug punters think the shares should be priced at 100p. | pwhite73
03/6/2018 22:51 | Physiomics web site never updated straight away with information, especially with placings, takes a week or 2 before correct shares shown under its "Investors Share information". Also, not shown in Share Information is Peel Hunt LLP shares of just over 3 million at 5.19% (this was way before placing). Plus, if new Institution is in at 3% or more should have RNS Mon or Tue. | myamay16
03/6/2018 19:15 | ETR If I'm wrong then tell us all which institutions have been added to the register from the recent placing. If you don't know then I suggest you ask Dr Jim Millen then come back and tell us. My view is that he is correct because the bucket shops are financial institutions that are registered with the FCA. | pwhite73
03/6/2018 17:13 | Dr Jim Millen, CEO said: "We are delighted by the continuing support of current shareholders and the addition of new institutional investors to the register. The placing price of 4p per share reflects a 60% premium to the price at which the Company last raised money in September 2016 (and a discount of 35% to the closing share price on the 22nd May 2018), which is reflective of the strong commercial traction the company has enjoyed this financial year including the signing of contracts with three large global pharmaceutical companies. The directors believe this fundraising will provide a solid platform to support the growth of our business and the expansion of our client base". hxxps://goo.gl/gU18Y | ethelredtheready

'and the addition of new institutional investors to the register' WTF!! The shareholder register has not been updated since 08/01/2018. There was no new holdings RNS with or after the latest placing so if true this comment is tantamount to insider information if untrue a disgraceful lie. However from experience I suspect it is a wholly innocent attempt to pass off bucket shops that flip worthless discounted shares as insitutional investors which legally they are. | pwhite73

01/6/2018 09:59 | Stig claims it's the best pen ever, and surprised it didn't cost more like fellow pen manufacturer comparitors, Parker.. | davevt

31/5/2018 23:27 | Yup rinse repeat. Destroy. Then rename company start all over again. Then we can buy trillions of shares and still stay below 3%. We all hold 2.99%. Founder the wakner. Jim the cunning one sold his holding at double the placing that just says it but all | spacedust
31/5/2018 19:20 | I see that Mr White continues to provide reasoned observations albeit that they are falling on deaf ears in many cases. | mike111d |
