24/5/2018 12:22 | Agreed, and same, staying out adding sub 4p if we get that lucky. Something's round the corner imo, different company. Last finance guy fired as a result of placings years past says it all really. That's 2 placings in the 2 years he's been here and he's Jim's guys. | margic
24/5/2018 11:27 | The cheek of a Dipstick giving advice! Disappear up you know where! | smcl

24/5/2018 10:34 | They didn't raise money in the 20s because they wouldn't be able to offload them. If this was so rosy then institutions would bought above 20s. Show me the rns showing directors bought above placing price? | spacedust
24/5/2018 09:34 | Well said HMS V Intelligent and Insightful Only the bitter and twisted would find reason to demur from such calm reasoned analysis | the stigologist
24/5/2018 07:51 | They couldn't raise money on higher price, it's crazy to think they could and they didn't!!!!! | naplion
24/5/2018 07:19 | hms_trader A reasoned but inexperienced view. In my opinion having watched this stock for many years I do not believe the directors are interested in taking the company to the dizzy heights some here are dreaming of. They just what it to tick over under the radar and scrutiny of prying eyes whilst providing a steady income up to and into retirement. | pwhite73
24/5/2018 03:29 | Some people speak so much rubbish on here. This is not the same PYC of years ago. If it was they would have raised months ago at higher levels but they didn't, they waited until necessary, until the cash was needed to grow the business. Director sells were to cover options exercise tax on shares, you will notice they did not sell all they exercised. Further directors bought in themselves recently at higher than the placing. This is growth capital because of the 'significant interest'shown after the recent large pharma clients coming in board.Expect big news soon. Sell if you will, it will only make for a stronger upward move when the next biggie news is announced. Im firmly put. Over and out. | hms_trader
24/5/2018 01:35 | Stig your 2.99% will be a lot lower now automatically. This company will soon have another billion shares in issue. | spacedust
23/5/2018 21:50 | Now we need a miracle like last time. Where is the founder???? Jim the cunning smart one sold double the placing price. Genius. | spacedust
23/5/2018 19:03 | I still believe that the smart money sold into the feeding frenzy back in November, unfortunately that also encouraged new money to enter. The challenge with these fee for service deals is that they do not deliver much income and to execute against them you require resource which is not cheap. Good luck to those still holding. | mike111d

23/5/2018 13:38 | MM's drag the share price up to trap the traders in and then drop it like it's hot | cool hand kev
23/5/2018 13:18 | If I was happy to be wrong then that wouldd have been happy for almost 10yrs in pyc | spacedust
23/5/2018 13:13 | Think we'll have to wait for Friday or next week for a blue day now, happy to be wrong | margic
23/5/2018 11:50 | I don't even think your fellow rampers are going to listen to you from now on Stig. Clueless, wrong about 'non diluting funding', wrong about 'they have enough money' end now even more 2.84 percent of a loss. The poster boy of what not to do. Only 96p away from your target though! | davevt
23/5/2018 11:29 | As an Owner of this business (2.825%) very happy with the Intent of Management evidenced by this decision to go for more GROWTH CAPITAL alongside existing and future Substantial Non-Dilutive Funding. Will not be surprised to see this finish Blue today. Here's why :- "Following the Company's success in signing a deal with Merck KGaA in November 2017 (expected income of EUR500k in calendar 2018), the signing of three further clients in the first four months of 2018 (total expected income of GBP153k in calendar 2018) and the award of a second Innovate UK grant in the field of personalised cancer treatment (expected income GBP68k in calendar 2018) ... the Company has had significant interest from potential new clients. In order to service this level of actual and potential new business the Company is raising funds through the Placing to enable it to carry out associated activities including investing in expanding :- its in-house team, [growing the team +ve ] improving its marketing reach, [still wanting to grow despite +200% revenue increase] match funding for future grant projects, [Wall of Money coming from Govt] and updating its IT infrastructure [if you mix with Google/GRAIL etc you need computers/servers/da as well as for general working capital purposes. [standard boilerplate catchall] | the stigologist
23/5/2018 11:18 | Some people think they got the funds for advancing IT???? Hahaha. If they wanted to advance IT to predict virtual tumour then they need millions. They probably buy few ipads | spacedust
23/5/2018 10:46 | Working Capital! What else would the money be used for the National Lottery? Having said that you stand more chance of getting a return on your investment If they did gamble the lot. | pwhite73
23/5/2018 10:43 | Difference from this one to the last one is the share price is much higher, same as the one in 2016, about the time our new finance dude arrived, appointed by Jim.Decent recovery so far. See how this one finishes today. Market digestives happening. Imo. Company is progressing. This is a different company to that of past. I maintain that. If I'm wrong, I lose my monies, if I'm right, I could win very big. I'm fine with today's placing. I do think they could have squeezed it a little higher, but we'll see what's up third sleeve I guess. | margic
23/5/2018 10:16 | Main bit is WORKING CAPITAL purposes | spacedust |
