23/5/2018 10:08 | This isn't a really a placing to be that upset about unlikely say valirix. This has been carried out in the appropriate way and in good timing for the business is actual position. You have to also consider the timing and what's behind the 'IT' side of things. The company is well funded and if they wanted to invest a further £200-250k into growing the team you also have to consider the positives as to why. They also state they have had further significant interest. Significant being the key word. This is the time for PYC to strike and build and keep going with the momentum. As the market realises PYC will have cash float, expenses covered through contract wins and they see room for more to come, that's a likely turnover heading towards £1.5mil. Note the timing also considering end of year accounts. They are playing this well. No forward selling beforehand, discounted to heavy imo however, there's reason to back the company's valuation even at £3.5mil. There's placings for the sake of it, there's also dirty placings to strike down the sp, there are also placings to solidify and expand on a companies position. I view this placing as pretty sensible and of the latter. They could have placed at a higher sp, but before just diving in they let the share price settle was under a penny less than a year ago. History tells us a placing normally follows another. However, PYC now have no need. I believe this bod has calculated what it needs and isn't the reckless bod of past. I'm with PYC at this time no opinion change for me, if anything anticipation into what's coming next, how the funds will be used and if there is any relation to another up coming grant. It would make sense if a grant of say £1mil was thrown at someone they would want to see X amount behind the company before just handing it over. Great time to top up if you can. I've brought my lot and happy with what I have for now. The next 2-3 months will be interesting from here and I'm well looking forward to it. | margic

23/5/2018 09:12 | The only way this gets to 20p is if there is a 1 for 10 consolidation. Shares that are cross-posted all over advfn are almost always bad investments. | phowdo

23/5/2018 07:59 | Oh and tell us more about 'NON DILUTIVE FUNDING', another one of stigs famous lines. An absolute clueless ramping Muppet. | davevt
23/5/2018 07:55 | Come on Stig tell us how it's worth 100p again.. | davevt
23/5/2018 07:43 | I agree there are clearly positives from the rns, but when you have a significant placing, the rest of the market wants shares at a similar price. This will then fall back towards 4 p over the next few days, and will hopefully pick up again from there . | owenga
23/5/2018 07:42 | Note from the RNS about having the funding to match future grant funding - is something in the pipeline that they need to offer to match from own funds. Its a positive RNS but obviously the doomsayers will be out bashing it down to 4p (usual aim practise) back to the placing price. Long term hold for me. | markth126
23/5/2018 07:17 | Well luckilyIi reduced my exposure here considerably. Could be a great time to top up lster this week once the dust settles | billthebank |
