21/2/2012 20:27 | Someone bailing out 200,000 shares sold at 8p. Calculate the loss ! Why sell now unless U know something ? | pugugly
16/2/2012 16:30 | I'd expect such fast growth to put a strain on cashflow but surely they should have turned a profit on that turnover, not an even bigger loss? Anyone can sell at a loss! Personally I'd want to see that they are capable of generating a profit before investing my hard earned cash. | mrphil
27/1/2012 12:24 | I could not agree more with your post 187. Once they have extra cash available to keep pace with the growth they have, the picture should improve resulting in a much stronger share price However, it would seem certain that extra funds are needed and that might push the share price down another 50% or so. | clocktower
27/1/2012 07:55 | bb2:_ Agreed - Someone knew:- Sales GOOD. Conversion of sales to bottom line profit VERY POOR. Cash burn VERY WORRYING. Order book GOOD Investors (imo) need far more information on when and IF the business will become cash flow positive as if cash burn continues at the current rate it is probable (imo again) that a further round of funding will be necessary in the near (6 month say) future. | pugugly
27/1/2012 07:53 | The Group has made further progress with its patent portfolio and has been granted two additional patents since the last update, making a total of 6 granted and allowed patents. In addition, further new intellectual property has been filed in the last quarter. The Board expects to release its 2011 results in March 2012. James Mckenzie,CEO of PhotonStar LED Group PLC, commented "2011 has been a year of transition, laying the foundations for the future of the business, during which we have integrated and rationalised the two businesses of the former Enfis and PhotonStar and added additional manufacturing capacity through the acquisition of Camtronics Vale. By so doing, we have created a leading-edge designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting products and solutions. Our order book and pipeline continues to grow and we see continued growth in the LED lighting market. We see significant growth opportunities ahead for the Group, particularly as we focus on bringing our ChromaWhite modules to market. "PhotonStar has recently been shortlisted in two categories for the 10(th) Anniversary Lighting Design awards - alongside products from lighting giants Havells Sylvania, Osram and Philips - highlighting the esteem in which our products are held. "We anticipate a very exciting year ahead in 2012." | cambium

09/11/2011 08:58 | Seems to me they have had a bit of a checkered history in their short time on the market; suspended due to late accounts, no improvement in the first half loss 2011 vs 2010, and now a fundraising??? I was tempted earlier but I think I will leave well alone for now! Good luck to all on board. | mrphil
14/10/2011 16:20 | Don't think your correct envirovision the institutions wouldn't be so foolish. From what i read in the last results the company is on track to solve the cashflow problem. | battlebus2
14/10/2011 14:12 | Yea no clue how to make money and so the only source of funds is from shareholders. | envirovision
14/10/2011 13:44 | Market does not seem to like the fund raising . Not too dilutive but no indication that I can see in the rns that the company is moving to cashflow breakeven nor any trading update - both of which are a worry. (imo & dyor) any other thoughts ? | pugugly
