Things move fast, when do tightly held, especially on great news, unless you have a large TR1 seller... I don't think we have that here...

Well you could class that, float to me, is minus major holders... general public free float... I've not bought this because of the float, I was simply stating there is a small tradable portion in the general public... I'm expecting PBT to be over 450% for the year up, and over 250% for YOY interims comparison ( all can be calculated via reading RNS) expecting EPS up, and net cash 250% up... This is a perfect case of sentiment and revenue flip.. I've written my own app and use algos to trade... not going to fight anyone.. the market will love this, expect 20/30% Tuesday... will leave this here?

whatever youre trying to calculate - the free float- any fundamental conclusion to draw relevant to the investment case?

Hmmm...I think only a 'novice tool' would double count Tibergest and Serge holdings of 36%?

Those are novice tools.. Bloomberg, sharepad, Refinitiv is what you want for a full register... I've posted the breakdown in my Tweet... Tibergest 36%Serge 36%FPC 11%Schroeder 11%Directors 1%Other shareholders 5%

According to the FT, the current free float here is 169.33 million shares. If you can be bothered to work out the exact percentage...enjoy!

AA - why do you say only 5% of the shares are tradeable? If the free float was only 5% it would probably have to delist. It certainly wouldn't qualify for inclusion in any indices.

Net cash change Tuesday should be 250% interims reflected 16m April 2021 and the last 7 June update suggests 41m.. expect ebit, revenue... cash all up... only 5% circa 15m of this share is tradable to the public... could move quickly on results next week..
