Sorry to be a stuck record, but this I don't understand. Same as yesterday, some buy trades going through as O trades, being immediately followed by AT trade for same number of shares but at a slightly higher price e.g. todays trade number 5 followed by AT trade Number 6, each for 35200 shares but the AT trade at higher price, then O trade number 23 for 16646 shares, followed by AT trades Number 24 and 25 for 12500 and 4146.... again the AT trades at nominal increase in price. Why would shares be sold (I assume to private investors) to then be immediately repurchased as Automated trades at a slightly higher price????

Something is going on IMV. What, I have no clue.....

Is it too soon to call him our Saviour?As I have commented previously hisapproach is dynamic and refreshing with many brilliant ideas to take Petropavlosk forward in a positive and profitable direction.His view and strategy on IRC is the correct action to take at this time,as he said "let's concentrate on mining Gold, "which is what we do best....since 1994.

Slowly slowly money finding a safe haven into Gold. Asian cryptocurrency profits being protected in Gold investments. POG has a lot of potential in 2018 and a lot of catching up to do!

Something odd just happened. Well, I think it is odd.

Just purchased a few of these, and the very next trade was for the exact same number of shares I bought, but at a slightly higher price and went through as an automated trade.

Don't know what to make of that..... any ideas?

Seems like an excellent idea to me: company has always done better with PM around. Not sure about PH though. Would PM come back without PH? Is PM interested in coming back at all?

There's more twists and turns here than a bad detective novel!

Seems,rereading the article,that MR Rakishev has some great plans for the future including bringing backthe two Founders, and possibly even joining the Board; got to be good news to have somebody with his dynamism and drive joining the Company, especially as he is a large Shareholder.

WOW.... this guy seems to have his head screwed on the right way, one very smart guy,people like this usually get what they want, and in this case it's Pavel,who with his experience mustbe beneficial to the Company goingforward.I find this news very exciting,thanks for posting.

My other russian gold mining stock HGM is up 20% since beginning of December 2017.
What happened to POG, there is something about this stock that we don't know I think.
Ever since the visit to POG by the russian president a few years ago this share price totally collapsed and has shown no sign of recovery. I suppose I'll do what I always do and wait until next year, but when is next year?

January 10, 2018, NEDRADV. Petropavlovsk Plc (GC "Petropavlovsk") in the end of 2017 produced 13.62 tons of ore in the Amur region - 53% of the total annual production of precious metals in the region.

According to the press service of the governor of Priamurye, in comparison with 2016, GC "Petropavlovsk" increased production by 1.2 tons (9.7%). Production growth was provided by three of the company's four mines: Pioneer, Albyn and Malomyr. At the Pokrovsky mine there was a decline in gold output. It is not reported how much was made specifically at each of the mines.

According to the regional government, in the near future the company intends to launch underground mining in the fields of the Pioneer field. In addition, at the moment, the implementation of the project for the construction of a 220 kV transmission line "February-Koboldo" continues . The launch of the high-voltage line will increase the ore processing volumes in the Selemginsky district and provide prospects for the development of the Malomyr and Albian mines.
