21/11/2016 12:10 | don worry the rise should not last long | juju44
21/11/2016 11:02 | Not more good news surly? Can only have a detrimental effect on POG's share price. I'm very surprised this has gone up today. I thought POG had been banished and exiled to the Phantom Zone by the kangaroo court led by Goldman Sachs et al. | m_n_tomlinson
21/11/2016 10:38 | IRC obtained US$10 Million Working Capital Facility for the operation of K&S | togglebrush
21/11/2016 10:30 | Sounds all v good to me. Hopefully they can get some v decent prices given iron ore price | tsmith2
18/11/2016 16:40 | A limerick, eh grb. How old are you? Eighty five? ;) I suppose we're at tenterhooks here, skirting Gold $1200. If gold stabilizes, I suppose this will too. If Gold collapses, the pessimist in me says we will test 5p again (as someone else here previously mentioned). :( | m_n_tomlinson
18/11/2016 15:34 | P.S. Not my finest work, I'll admit. GLA. P.P.S. I believe it's Options Expiry on the 22nd Nov... | grbaker
18/11/2016 15:31 | Ummmmmm..... it's nearly Christmas so we might get a 'Santa Claus' rally here??? How about this: There once was a miner from Russia, Who thought diggin' t'pay would make us all flusher! He slipped off a summit, An' got impaled on a nugget, Now all of his bits are a fluster. ;) | grbaker
18/11/2016 11:38 | Agree re: IRC - not getting any credit for it | tsmith2
18/11/2016 10:30 | "Sigh" it's not the possible consolidation that holding POG back, it's the;1) $600m debt pile (not being reduced significantly)2) $250m possible liability for IRC (fading but still there)3) No money to complete POX - Outside partner required hence reducing profitability4) $100m 9% cupon bond outstanding.5) AZ deal - considered poor value for the possible paper dilution and still no news.6) No news on the underground mining.7) Onerous bank terms for the debt, being renegotiated. The list goes on. 20p by Christmas, who said that? No chance, be lucky to see 20p by next Christmas. I'm not "deramping" I'm telling it like it is.GRB anything insightful to add to cheer investors up? | stoopid
18/11/2016 09:04 | Negatively | juju44
18/11/2016 08:12 | Consolidation always affects share price | christopher logsdon
17/11/2016 11:59 | they need to be focusing on better things than a share consolidation ffs! | deanroberthunt
17/11/2016 11:11 | I doubt it very much. PH is on record as saying he doesn't see the difference between a share in the pennies and one in the pounds as the MC is the same in either scenario. | cl2201
17/11/2016 10:16 | Now that I agree with Wally, I thought it would be on the cards eventually when the rights issue was over. 15 to 1 I reckon. That ratio seems somehow familiar...... hmm...... | stoopid
17/11/2016 09:01 | IMO I think a share consolidation is on the cards and that is what is keeping the share price down. In theory this should not effect the share price In practice it does, especially in the short term. | wallywoo
16/11/2016 16:48 | MNT, yeah I agree totally. Been watching 5he buys sells for a while now and a few trickle sells well below the bid and POG drop like a stone. It's just so frustrating, so much promised and so little delivered. Shareholders promised that the rights would sort things out and still nothing. Instead of paying debt down they are going to reduce it through M and A with clever accounting.POX fail, AZ fail, IRC fail, debt fail. The list goes on. I do agree with the positive points wally and others make, and they SHOULD be making a difference but they ain't. The problems of too much debt and more shareholder dilution for an overvalued asset have not gone away. They are just on the back burner atm.Why would u, or anyone invest if not already in? I want this to do well just like everyone else on here. Pardon my cynicism........ frustration... | stoopid
16/11/2016 16:09 | There are at least three reasons why this should be sky rocketing not plummeting. IRC is flying. POG got crushed when IRC got punished. Now IRC is going places, suddenly we are unattached and removed from IRC's benefits. Russia friendly Trump. Enemy of the people and Russia Clinton did not get elected. India's currency curb and flight into gold, and subsequent panic gold buying and shortages should be sending Gold prices upwards, not downwards. That's what I was taught in economics at school anyway. Something to do with supply and demand or something stupid like that! So the topsy turvy boogaloo world of investing continues unabated. | m_n_tomlinson
16/11/2016 16:00 | Re: Stoopid. Massive volumes to shift the beast upwards then just a few trickle sells to take it back down below the previous buying level. How perverse is that? I could've sworn that years ago, the sells had to be matched by the previous buys in order to take it back down? Re: Hutch_Pod. Ok, no need to be pedantic lol! ;) | m_n_tomlinson
16/11/2016 13:57 | Re: miners back peddling, as a counter example, RRS has taken quite a rollicking since the July peaks. Down 40%. Although i think there were some production fall disappointments. | hutch_pod
16/11/2016 13:46 | Lol, manipulation??Only approx 2 Million shares traded - about 0.01% of the company and its down 5% on no news hahaha......20p by Christmas - yeah right..... I Wish.... | stoopid
15/11/2016 14:12 | it does have the feeling of another shareholder spit roasting could be on the cards. | deanroberthunt
15/11/2016 11:19 | all bets are off until we get the details of the refinancing. | deanroberthunt
15/11/2016 07:29 | India, not Trump, is the real reason behind the crash in gold priceshttp://on.mktw | losses
14/11/2016 15:24 | Notice the other miners don't all furiously back peddle or sh*t their pants when gold takes a dip. | m_n_tomlinson |
