Shows Petroneft do not even have enough funds to pay their debts, falling short by circa 70% = nothing at all for any remaining shareholders, especially the private retail share holders.

Still holding, not worth selling now given the value, lost £000s but don't have any Capital Gains profits to offset so will just hold and hope. Same thing happened at TMAN....they never came back.

Has anyone sold out completely, or are you handing on in there?
I sold some today to generate a capital gains lose which was easy to do.
Still have the majority of my share holding.
I suppose tomorrow will be the last day to sell.

It seems to me the share price will flat line until delisting on the 03 July.

Any retail share holders may as well sell out and get at least a few quid back even if losing 99% of original investment.

Same thing happened with Timan Oil and Gas about 10 years, a good bit more Russian corruption going on there rather than the bad luck PTR have experienced due to Putin. Must admit I am still seething at the previous board who right royally F@@@ed this up in the past. Real shame as the new team seemed to be on the right track. Another AIM write off chalked up for me.

It seems to me reasonable to say if shares suspended 03 July due to not having an auditor PTR shares will not be coming back and will eventually be delisted or Licence 61 being sold for the amount of debt PTR still have = no value left for PTR shareholders.

Whilst the Company will continue to try to source an auditor in respect of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, the Company will not be able to publish audited accounts for 2022 by the required deadline of the 30 June 2023 under the under AIM and Euronext Growth Rules. The likely consequence is that the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on 3 July 2023, until such time as the situation can be resolved.

PTR has always been a punt for me, why it is by far my smallest holding in my portfolio with circa 1.5p being my average, highest buying price 3.2p and the lowest 0.65p.

Not wanting to throw good money after bad, but PTR are still hanging in there, so could be some short term trading opportunities. Unlikely I’ll ever see my 14p average in the near future ☹️ let’s hope we can salvage something from this situation. GLA 🤞🏻

I think it might be an institutional investor doing this way to claim the offset future capital gains, just change shares from one account to another legal entity account.They cannot sell and buy in this kind of volume without share price changing
