The new board very wisely to develop the L67 and did it well. They nearly made it before the war.

It's not fair to say so. It's nearly turned around before this unexpected war.

Kev, Keep the Faith, to be fair I think most longs wrote off their holdings here about 10 years ago. Be lucky 🍀

Maybe website being updated? We’re still trading and it appears that the shares have not been suspended. We’ll soon see imo

Should we be worried that the Petroneft website has been down the last few days... Well done to anyone that made some money during the short lived rally

I also hold AMC (Another disaster) who have today managed to complete the sale of Assets in Russia. It took a while but they managed appear to have found a way to conclude the transaction.

IF there are s a deal to be done, I’d expect it’ll be before the next financial year. Best of luck all 🍀

Sheikh Jassim and Ineos could make a cheeky bid.

It seems to me reasonable to say the best share holders can hope for is 2p per share.

That 513k trader amazing

Pays 1.09p first thing, then at 0.75-1p sells them for 0.7p when clearly if they split the trade they could have got a fair chunk of them away at 0.81p.

Amazing how many people throw away fortunes selling size, they lost £2000 on the trade but they could have reduced it to £1500 selling 2 smaller lots

parknas - the 13.2% you mention includes the 9.2% owned by Darya Shaftelskaya.

The other directors owned 3.96% of Petroneft + the top 5 share holders = 65.32%

Add in the directors 13.2% that brings it up to 74.48%.
Plus all the lucky shareholders on this thread.

It was reported earlier that PetroNeft's only production asset, Stimul-T was in a difficult situation because it lost the ability to feed its oil into the system of Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft . Stimul-T does not have its own pipeline to Transneft's system, so it was using the pipeline of Nord Imperial LLC, a division of Imperial Energy, to transport its oil.

However, Stimul-T was unhappy with the rate Nord Imperial charged for this service and tried to lower it. The company then stopped paying altogether and last August Nord Imperial stopped transporting Stimul-T's oil. The companies are now in litigation and sorting out the situation with Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service.

PetroNeft and Arawak Energy equally own the rights to the Ledovy block in Tomsk Region, which includes the Ledovoye and Cheremshanskoye fields. PetroNeft is the license operator.

Stimul-T holds the Tungolsky exploration and development license, where seven fields have been discovered: Lineinoye, Zapadno-Lineinoye, Tungolskoye, Kondrashevskoye, Arbuzovskoye, Sibkrayevskoye and Severno-Varyakhskoye.

PetroNeft's principal shareholders as of November 14, 2022 were Natlata Partners Limited (controlled by Maxim Korobov) with 25.7%, Lloyd Wiggins with 14.46%, Darya Shaftelskaya with 9.2%, J&E Davy with 6.6% and Seguro Nominees Limited with 5.4%, company data showed.

I would need 12p, which is a long way down from when I started in the mid 70's.
The question is do I try and buy more tomorrow?.

Neo….. I’m in AMC as well. Like spuders I need 14p too. Not much chance of that but feels like getting out with anything just now might be an achievement. So much wasted time and energy on this one. Been holding for about 17 years.
