Been a disaster for me for almost 15 years, Just at the point we were finally making progress, Putin piles in to Ukraine. No doubt some dodgy Russian will acquire it for peanuts and make a fortune. The previous board were an utter disaster but still got paid fortunes.

I note this part of the RNS - The Strategic Review will include engagement with all stakeholders and could lead to the full or partial disposal of the Company's assets.

Being such a small operator would make sense for Petroneft to sell all their assets and return anything left over to share holders.

Not being paying any attention to these shares stuffed well and truly in the bottom drawer, but just wondering if there's any significance to this??PetroNeft has received notification from Mr. Alastair McBain of the disposal by him, and companies controlled by him, of his entire shareholding in the Company. In addition, the Company has received notification from Mr. Lloyd Wiggins that he now holds 154,974,339 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company which represents approximately 14.46% of the Company's issued share capital.

Let’s hope the results are good & an arrangement for oil transportation is in place.I’m not sure what to make of Putin latest comments and the impact it’ll have here. Having half the license owned by Oil India is a positive and hopefully gives us some protection going forward. Atb

Due to the continued impact of Covid, the company has been granted an extension of up to three months for the reporting and filing of its financial results for the year ended 31st December 2021, such that it will publish these results as soon as possible, but by no later than 30th September 2022.
Not long to go.

It probably has not been noticed but Licence 61 (that has gone offline) lost $1.5m (of which 50% was passed to PTR) in the half year but Licence 67 produced a profit of $171k on production of 202 bopd (it is now 270 bopd) and a higher oil price.

You can see why they want to change the terms of the transit.

The situation is not good but IF they can do a deal on L61 then it could be very beneficial to PTR and their partner.

All is not lost, PTR debt was circa $5m at end H1 BTW.

Not looking good I got out in the early days of the invasion so lucky I did. I was thinking of getting back in but held my council glad I did not now. Sorry to say but company seems in a bad place at the moment hopefully things will improve as the board have put in great work over the past couple of years. I really feel for the shareholders who have stuck with the company.

Always a big problem for the retail investor compared to the big commercial investors how we don't get to see the vast majority of the information needed to make reasoned and considered investment choices even when we write to companies all too often just getting a standard reply in response.
