"Notwithstanding this, we continue to engage with the SFO to aid their work and support them in bringing this investigation to conclusion with pace and focus.”

Pace and focus from the SFO ....good luck with that....given their less than illustrious track recor(total FUBAB).... SFO should be closed down immediately.

They are now hitting new levels of incompetence.......

and why is this all being drip fed to surpress and push down the share price .. shorters looking for an out before the case is dropped ?

...if they want to investigate something corrupt they should start looking at the shorters and the leaking of information to them that precipitated their official start to investigation...... smells pretty fishy to me and many others on this board ?
...have they the backbone to go after some of their own ?????

I don't think there has been any reaction to that article in the Guardian look at Wood Group it fell by a similar amount on opening today, its not recovered though, this is due to Trump's trade war.

Brent is looking like its going to go below $60 Trump has no intention of stopping his trade war with China and China look like they are betting on a Democrat as the next President and using delaying tactics.

The shorters may be burnt today. Better to close the shorts asap and cut ones losses as news about this story, maybe detriment to the SFO, could follow anytime.

I think once this is more or less settled, PFC will be taken over as the biggest shareholder is probably getting fed up with the SFO trailing incompetence.

PFC very Risky and falling to £3. With bad news in pipeline could be £2.5 or less. This is a risky bet. Do you want to gamble?? Very Risky....

Already in the news this year as David Lufkin already pleaded guilty this year with no charge laid against the four. In any case Rolls Royce which was more serious settled quickly.

"The allegation was made in a charging document filed in criminal proceedings against David Lufkin, a former Petrofac executive who pleaded guilty to bribery this year.
The SFO alleges that the quartet of senior managers acted with Lufkin. No charges have been laid against the four executives, and being named in the indictment does not constitute evidence of their involvement or any proof of guilt."

Speaks volumes that after over two years this is as close as the SFO can get to the Co. They are a serious waste of taxpayers money - it’s a shame PFC can’t sue them...

Plus ca change: the SFO faffing about, two years into an investigation; The Guardian having an orgasm because the company founder has been a big donor to the Tory Party.

If you read the article its a huge f up by the SFO. Long term this will work in PFC's favour

Waste of time, dozens of idiots like him will not make one nano-second's difference to the share price or anything else. The only thing that might be affected is someone even more stupid whose judgement is clouded by an anonymous moron on a board like this. But more fool them.

We all knew that hpenny is doing his best to get this share down. So please if you are new here just review all his posts and you will notice it is negative . My recommendations is to do a good research on this share and buy.
