Yes the usual anti US suspects all forming up together Iran, Russia, China but for Saudi and UAE to start talking about joining them plus Trump bypassing them by back-channelling to Iran to stop a war from starting is ultra weird. Trump is showing a totally different face to the world and therefore is proving the US to be weak in Arab eyes I wonder when this will start hitting mainstream news. If SA and UAE swap sides the $ pricing of oil will vanish and with it American ability to service their massive $ debts as the $ will plummet as people will no longer look to buy $s to trade for oil. The flip side to that is gold is going to rocket even more than it is now! Interesting times.

This is the most amazing article I have read on oil in a long time. Its always been on the cards that the Middle East would turn to China for military protection as Trump has always stated he wants to withdraw US troops and protection from round the world but it seems we are very close to it right now in the Middle East with even Saudi Arabia looking to swap sides and that will turn the oil world on its head.

Price holding well as Brent looks like breaking through $57. I expect OPEC will issue some words of comfort soon to try and talk the price back up failing that placing another limpet mine on a tanker might at least slow the fall.
Not seeing where the war is coming from notimpressed Trump not interested in anything involving Americans dying and without him the party can’t start.

The great Oracle ,"Halfpenny The Harbinger Of Doom,"

(The owner of "www.Shorters are us.com") has been advising us that we can expect a fall to 300 . :-)

He never replies to my polite comments, though.

"Notwithstanding this, we continue to engage with the SFO to aid their work and support them in bringing this investigation to conclusion with pace and focus.”

Pace and focus from the SFO ....good luck with that....given their less than illustrious track recor(total FUBAB).... SFO should be closed down immediately.

They are now hitting new levels of incompetence.......

and why is this all being drip fed to surpress and push down the share price .. shorters looking for an out before the case is dropped ?

...if they want to investigate something corrupt they should start looking at the shorters and the leaking of information to them that precipitated their official start to investigation...... smells pretty fishy to me and many others on this board ?
...have they the backbone to go after some of their own ?????

I don't think there has been any reaction to that article in the Guardian look at Wood Group it fell by a similar amount on opening today, its not recovered though, this is due to Trump's trade war.

Brent is looking like its going to go below $60 Trump has no intention of stopping his trade war with China and China look like they are betting on a Democrat as the next President and using delaying tactics.
