Adejuk - The shorter isn't done for now, go check the list of shorts declared which has increased. This share will continue to be shorted for the foreseeable future, until the SFO release their findings. It could be months.

As for those talking about ramping and deramping on this bb, PFC isn't an AIM penny share. PFC is a FTSE multibillion pound company, it is sheer naivety to think that anything said on these bb or elsewhere will affect this share price in any way. The only things affecting this share price now are shorters and new contracts/newsflow. Positive and negative comments on this share price are all welcome here, it wouldn't affect this share price at all.

I will be buying this again big time at 450p to sell at 460p as I have always declared, the same way others are buying these to hold for 10 years. Everyone is here to make money based on your own financial goals.

This rns could be good news or bad news depending on what side of the divide you are. Good news in the sense that the company is starting to take the SFO investigation very seriously, or bad news in the sense that the latest appointees imply an assumption that there is something to hide. In any case, we will see how the market responds to this news.

Two ways of looking at what PFC just announced this morning...good that they are taking the issue seriously or bad that they are just realizing how serious the position is and thus the need to appoint Sparrow.

And such large shorts were able to unwind without any short squeeze higher I recall!

Disclosed short positions.

Interesting to see the reactions to the 4th August contract news. With positions disclosed so far, we have:

4th August (Friday)
AQR: UP from 4.41% to 4.54%
Capeview: DOWN from 0.83% to 0.76%

7th August (Yesterday)
AKO: UP from 0.70% to 0.86%

There may still be some disclosures to come, particularly for yesterday, but it doesn't look from the data so far that the shorters are on the run. Far from it, AQR and AKO appear to see the spike up on contract news as providing a good opportunity to increase their positions.

Loving this share price movement. LTHs are hoping the share price goes up and sustains an upward momentum, traders are hoping the share price falls heavily so they can buy in and trade. It's a mixed bag, but we are all here to make money in the shortest time possible.

ATB to the LTHs and traders, let's enjoy this share price while the fun lasts.

That is right down to 455p and back to yesterday's closing, that is 12p bounce from the low
