scanjet, given my entire strategy is orientated around one thing and one thing only, the SFO news and the subsequent price drop which I have posted about on many, many occasions, I am utterly confused as to how you could possibly think anybody here had not factored that in. The whole point of many of us being involved is BECAUSE of the SFO. I'm currently back out all in UKOG (wow what a jump) but as soon as I have cashed in there I will be back here UNLESS the SFO has retracted and the price restored. Get it right man.

Monday should be a very interesting day, I am sure.
I don't think the MM's had the time to gap this up. (Timing of the RNS).
I am sure they will make up on Monday. The contract is worth a $1 Billion.
I can see this breaking £5 on Monday. I love the smell of burning Shorters.

Very strong close at near highs and nearly 10M on the volume, over 3 times the usual daily at least.

Weekend press, broker upgrades to come, this massive contract win is a game changer for PFC, I think the markets recognized this and responded accordingly

My HL £20k bought a few weeks ago at 455 looking healthier. And managed to put £15 per penny on from 477. Trying to decide to go back in now to push is up to £25 or £30 per penny. Thanks for all the comments, everyone. All v helpful

Scanjet.. Not rattled at all. Perhaps a little irritated by your patronising and unnecessary reminder. As NY says... (with whom I am in total agreement) we are thinking adults here and yes, as private investors, unapologetic mercenaries too. Have a good profitable day!

Scanjet..we're happy to hear your views but I don't think adults at come here to make money are influenced by any posters, we're all grown up I think. Do you still hold these from the old days before SFO?

I was initially concerned about their ability to win contracts whilst under the SFO but my fears soon ended a while ago when the first contract win came through,all of them have been very big contacts, this news today is a game changer imho and the markets seem to agree.

Also important to remember how business is concluded in the Middle East, clearly none of their potential customers have run away from dealing with PFC, therefore they must have a very good reputation in the region.

Anyway, always happy to hear a different view, time will tell who is proved right but I am content holding.

Scanjet... The SFO investigation is mentioned constantly everywhere, ever since it was announced... see the two press links posted today.

As for posters mentioning it here, it's hardly necessary to mention it in every fekin post is it? We know it's there... even so, it's still mentioned and we are constantly reminded of it.... so I really don't now what your gripe (or agenda) is... other than perhaps deramping... so as you can make more mercenary dosh??

Anyhow, enough of this tosh. I'm glad you've made good money out of PFC. So have I... and there's plenty more to be made by honest investors and long term holders.. GLA!

Thank you for your honest view.
The honest fact is that it is a company under investigation by the SFO.
Whilst the rampers are talking the price up to maximise their gambling profit this fact has been quietly ignored in the postings.
Just trying to provide a little balance.
There are many less experienced investors on these threads that take as gospel some of the responses as edicts from upon high, whilst 75% of the posters on these threads aren't sure which way round to wear their baseball caps.
I wish you well.

I'm not ramping or glossing over anything mate... I'm just giving you my honest view and telling you what I think of your comment about the SFO. Do you really think we didn't notice? FFS!!

As for 'mercenaries'... whatever that means... we're private investors so I guess that applies to all us capitalists! lol :)

Scanjet... I think most of us following PFC here are intelligent enough to have taken in your revelation long ago... the SFO investigation is OLD news mate! We've thought about it... made our judgement and taken a view... and holding (and some topping up on dips). PFC will recover... whatever the outcome is from the SFO investigation. The fundamentals are very sound, as evidenced by today's excellent contract news... so GLA!
