Asfari won't go down without a fight, too much involved IMO.

Sell side research targets are totally useless. They are just adjusted based on price movements so as to a) be more than the current share price and b) not too ridiculous after big falls.

I remember years ago reading a warm and cuddly research note form BARC on Bowleven. I lost a fortune on that stock. Just marketing to drum up business.

Their 85p target was obviously useless and contained no useful analysis which might have saved investors from losses

They have some very lucrative contracts on the books. More to come I believe. Just needs a restructure of finance or could be bought out. Either way, it will move forwards with speed imo

Guys dont panic. The shop is closed for a few weeks and will open soon. It will fly. Try to save some money to buy. Maybe you can remortgage.

Why would anybody invest when this mess is over? The only consistent thing about PFC is that it loses money

Without fresh money it goes into admin regardless. They don't need to call a default the bank account just goes negative and its game over.

But they could provide temporary super senior finance whilst they find a buyer?

I think we agree it's an attractive business, just not to us. Someone will buy it if wrapped up on a plate?

"But Debtholders will not call a default, they will keep PFC ticking over until they can find a trade buyer at a knock down price?"

JN you left me in charge. This is the typical micro-management that I would expect from an evil shorting boss.

Hats off to you Jaknife.
You called this one perfectly.

LOL,

I came here to post the podcast link that you’ve just posted! Note that it hints at a “scheme of arrangement”. That would mean wipeout for shareholders if that’s what the bondholders do!

And I’m going to the Norcros CMD - it may be a buy!

That's what normally happens.

But Debtholders will not call a default, they will keep PFC ticking over until they can find a trade buyer at a knock down price?

They must now know what they need to do in order to achieve the PG's and this will be satisfied by the current restructuring proposal.

You are be assuming something catastrophic that has yet to emerge?
