I was aware of those, alas I had a notifiaction which read.....

"Petrofac revealed on Friday that chairman René Médori had acquired 75,820 ordinary shares in the London-listed energy services company.
Médori, who previously served as Anglo American's finance director, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 26.38p each, for a total value of £19,999.95.
Following the transaction, Médori holds in interest in 660.040 ordinary Petrofac shares."

Silly me didnt check it was declared as part and parcel of remuneration package as normal... :-)

Whites - just for balance those director share purchases were not as they seem. They are in lieu of cash fees and they are required to take the shares

Their dismissive comments, insinuating superiority by suggesting others have become enamored with a stock (as if they possess some secret knowledge), or implying that only others endure sleepless nights while they remain unscathed, are both laughable and infuriating.

You ignore the facts given you by the company's regulatory releases. Jaknife has done none of the above -all he has done is given you another POV, backed by financial facts, some from the horse's mouth(PFC RNS)

It is YOU who has engaged in arrogant puerile name calling because their opinion runs counter to your own (ie Dismissive), you continue to ramp claiming PFC is a strong buy at the end of nearly every message you type which runs contrary to what the company's finances,and its official releases are telling us all(ie assuming superiority over those giving you actual financial facts from corporate RNS's)

While Petrofac makes commendable strides, instead of receiving regular updates, we're subjected to the incessant pontifications of those who claim to possess superior insight

Few are saying no progress is being made but it is YOU who claims incessantly that this is a strong Buy when there is little factual evidence to back up said claim.
(ie You effectively claiming superior insight that rest of us relying on company releases do not have)
