Why are people still buying this at 8p? I am slightly interested in buying when it is all done, but only at less than 2p. However, they will probably do a share consolidation as well which will confuse everything. There are going to be a lot of bondholders who don't want to hold onto a whole bucket load of nearly worthless shares and will sell for whatever they can get. |

Congrats to Jaknife, called it 100%
Commiserations to those who stupidly listened to the "Bulls" pumping this as a strong buy.
Will be interesting to see who man's up and apologises to Jaknife for their disgraceful vitriol and puerile smearing throughout this whole debacle. |
97% dilution for existing shareholders??? |
Lesson learnt for anyone here stupid to still hold is to filter the lying rampers who were here pumping for all they were worth, or more likely paid, you were warned. Dont let yourself get mugged a second time. |
Leoneobull,
"Well, things looked very differently when pfc announced the multi billion wind contracts..."
They didn't, you just allowed yourself to be distracted away from the balance sheet issues by the "shiny new toy".

Shareholder wipeout as predicted, halfpenny, becomes zero pence |
Kudos to Jacknife - called it right |
No value for the shareholders |
Yep 2p prob about right but will takw ages and borrow costs are high. |
What price will the new equity be issued at? I don't see it in the announcement. Howvere, if current shareholders are to retain 2.5%, that means the number of shares will increase by a factor of 40. At the same time the market capitalisation will increase to perhaps £500 million, an increase times 10. So I would say the issue price would be around a quarter of the current level, say 2p. |
Stuffing, no Turkey. |
From what I can see expect the share price to more than half when it opens possibly worse hard to work out with so many moving parts |
Bad Santa has arrived with his great big sack of D4E |
And now we see why this was shorted so heavily . Wipeout for shareholders as usual and 2.5% is a real kick in the teeth . Worthless junk |
Surely this should have been issued as an RNS, not published on their website on a Sunday. |
Refinancing finalised - details on pfc website.Existing shareholders end up with 2.5% of the new equity. |
No idea, either they announce something like week or likely administration. They have had the best part of a year to sort this out. |
The forebearance agreement ended last Friday, why haven't they updated? |
Petrofac have made a right mess of this! |
