I understood M&Gs performance to be on the up since new chief. Yes indeed poor performance 2015 and 2016. M&G still well regarded for asset management in uk. Worst case I guess is that their holding restricts supply!

Trouble is it's M&G, consistently one of worst performing funds in the market (178th out of 179 over the last decade). I'm surprised the guy running it wasn't sacked after
his infamous support for Quindell a few years ago - Dobell and Neil Woodford are birds of a feather.

Obviously the business has performed poorly in a tough market but surprising how as soon as shoots of recovery his cohort come out with a negative article / opinion- Anything to keep their shorts or those of their mates in profit

It wouldnt surprise me if some of the big boys are exploring to this...so cheap at £75m with huge assets.
