I've just skimmed through the last few pages of posts here seeing whether the Ex=Dividend date was mentioned by anyone, I think it's today but may be wrong, and realise what utter rubbish is written by people on these boards.

Sikhthetech,

As you are quite busy over here...

Simple question, hopefully even for a village idiot like you...

Do you believe that the Antisemitic Labour Party will be in power with a majority after the next General election?

Sikhthetech,

Just in case you missed it over on your pos TLY.

"There you go" lol!

You always post about the Bulls over on TW. that it is wrong to "average down" and you vilify the Bulls for doing so at every turn, lol!

Well, Stonehegde and Lighthouse II's have done just that, averaging down from over 40p, lol!

They must be village idiot's just like you, lol!

I notice you and sT haven't responded to my accusation that you and it are the same being, I caught you out on TW. Lol!

When are the BoD of this pos TLY going to issue any good news, they are certainly good at creative accounting, lol!

Do they understand "Impairments and Goodwill" I think not, lol, just lol!

More media catching up and suggesting Help to Buy is toxic. I think it'll be PPI mk2.

HBs made hundreds of millions from the Help to Buy scheme. I believe the govn, whoever gets in, should introduce a windfall tax for HBs so to help those in trouble because of the Help to Buy scheme.
I think the govn should also tax B2l landlords more.

The govn created the H2B scheme in 2013 to boost the property market.
However, the scheme is dependent on low inflation. The govn wasn't expecting inflation to surge.
I believe it's PPI, mk2...toxic.

Labour's pledge don't mean jack, as they will not have a majority, if they get elected?

Housing market completely screwed?
Rather than reduce the price of a specific new home that PSN have been trying to sell since at least April, they removed it from Rightmove over last few days and re-listed it for 10k less, thus hiding the reduction and the imv desperation.

Help to buy looking toxic..

sikhthetech - 16 Jan 2022 - 21:06:18 -

I think H2B is becoming toxic because of high inflation and the govn want to close it asap. They're using H2B in order to persuade HBs to pay up.

HBs made millions of pounds from H2B scheme, what impact will it have if it is closed?

Sikhthetech,

I quote your earlier post...

"I see the housing market continues to fall, as expected" - Since when you called it in October 2018, lol!

Tell me, village idiot, what was the average house price in the UK in October 2018, when you went short?
Considerably less than today!

Your wrong again and now for over 5 years running, lol!

You have Zero Credibility, lol, just lol!

Belzoni, exactly.

Time 2 retire,

I saw that article yesterday. The clue is in the words "Starts", "completions", "RECORD" lows.
The article backs up the stance that HBs completions have continued to slump.

New starts have surged to 50year high but expected to be lowest starts on RECORD for Q3. New starts for Q3 expected to be the lower than GFC!!
Remember the ghost developments from GFC???

The fact HB start a building to avoid new regulation is hardly a positive.

New housing starts have surged to nearly a 50-year high as developers scramble to beat a net zero deadline.

"Andrew Wishart, who runs the housing service at Capital Economics, said: “Builders began work early to avoid having to conform with the Future Homes Standard.”

Under the rules, projects are exempt from the regulation so long as they began before the June deadline. It means developers can put spades in the ground but are under no obligation to quickly finish the projects."

"While new starts surged during the second quarter of the year, the number of housing completions fell by 12pc to 40,720 between April and June as developers slowed activity in response to a weak property market."

"Mr Wishart said the spike in new starts was likely to quickly plummet. Capital Economics forecasts housing starts will sink to just 15,000 between July and September. This would be the lowest quarterly total on record and nearly a tenth less than the low recorded during the depths of the financial crisis."

- refers to the 15 June and that was due to trying to beat a tighter regulation. Starts have dropped massively since then.

Sikh, as you only post the negatives around house building I'll post this for you...

From the Telegraph.

New housing starts have surged to nearly a 50-year high as developers scramble to beat a net zero deadline.

Builders began construction on 73,600 new homes between April and June this year, a 34pc jump compared to the same period last year and the highest quarterly total on record since at least 1978.

Strange them starting all those new builds if we're in such dire straits.

Sikhthetech,

Do some research mug-punter, INL not remotely a competitor of PSN.

Sikhthetech,

TLY now 6.3p on the bid, lol!
It's going down with every message, lol!

Can't say I didn't warn you!

When are TLY going to cancel the dividend, the right thing to do to conserve cash.

You would have a lot more cash if you had listened to me, lol!

Now when is this house price crash going to happen, 40% peak to trough?
Not this year is it...
But when are you going to be right, lol, just lol!

Inland Homes to appoint administrators.

"Inland Homes has still not been able to file its financial results for year ended 30th September 2022 because of the auditing issues that have arisen as a result. In April trading in Inland Homes’ shares on the AIM market were suspended because of its inability to publish audited accounts in time. These accounts are now six months late."

Sikhthetech,

Just in case you missed it, I'll save your c&p obsession.

"Sikhthetech,

I see the II's are now selling TLY and adding to the pressure of an eversinking share price

But you said the II's are not selling!

Wrong again, but when have you ever been right"

Now when is this house price crash going to happen, 40% peak to trough?
Not this year, that's over 5 years wrong and counting.

Spotted by Sunshine Today re Mortgage Advice Bureau, current trading outlook.

"Following a difficult Q1 2023, with activity levels still affected by the fall in mortgage approvals post the September 2022 mini-budget, we saw an improvement in Q2 2023 and ended the half year modestly ahead of the Board's original expectations.

However, market conditions have toughened again in Q3 2023, impacting both purchase and re-financing activity. Expectations that the Bank of England base rate might be peaking coincided with a downward movement in mortgage rates, changing the behaviour of customers in terms of the timing and their urgency to commit to a new fixed mortgage rate, whether that be a product transfer or re-mortgage. In addition, the summer months saw a sharper than usual seasonal fall in mortgage financed house purchases.

This has prompted the Board to take a more cautious view on expected activity levels in Q4 2023 and hence the outlook for the full year."
